two questions..

is the slowed down framerate fixed in Yankee stadium and a few others?

how is the crowd reaction now? do they cheer at the appropriate time after a hit? do they sound more alive?

They were playing in Yankee Stadium last night and it looked much improved from what I seen. Foul balls were smooth with no hitching at all.

Overall the game seems to be running smoother than last year, even in the current build still this early.

Ramone and Nemesis_04 were playing a rivalry game Yankees at Boston... and the crowd was INTENSE... louder and much more interactive. Definitely a noticeable change over last years game.

Just saw Enigma say that co-op can't be played in franchise this year. Pretty disappointing news to some of you I would imagine (including myself), but there's always next year. I'm assuming you meant you can't play co-op in season mode as well? If you could confirm that I'd appreciate it.

Speaking of Rivalry, is that or a playoff option available online, with a playoff type schedule and keeping stats and fatigue? Also with Co-op function?

Enigma, thanks for all the work you and the developers are doing to get these stadiums as life-like as possible. I was wondering if you could elaborate on the LED ribbon boards circling the stadium, are we going to be seeing some situation specific type stuff there or did I misunderstand you? Can't wait to hear more about all of the stadium specific animations.

The ribbons so far will still do their thing. I will ask though if they have anything new for them this year. The LED boards I was referring to are the new LED out of town boards stadiums have IRL, and the HD Jumbotrons. They are all stadium specific to the actual graphics and layouts that were used last year by the teams. Sony watched MLB footage so they can model them from what was used.

-Nemesis, thanks for the fielding reply, are you seeing any slicing or hooking of line drives and fly balls down the lines? This was one thing I really wanted to see because very seldom you see a line drive hit to the opposite field without slice spin on it. If not, it's all good, just think it would add a bit to hit variety.

Yes we seen a LOT of tailing shots (slices) down the lines, wind plays a big part in it. But it is also not overly done.

Just got with the Andrew (Audio) on this... it appears it is still in the 500 range, he is going to get me an exact number later.

Andrew just came in and gave me the numbers...

It is 511 for music and 255 for cheers and jeers.

Thank you Sir! Sounds like the ball physics have been worked on a lot along with virtually every game play facet. This speaks volumes for me as I am all about gameplay, I usually let the computer handle everything in my franchise and I just play. Game play and stadium effects are all welcomed additions. Actually, it looks like the lineup positions for the home team are just a copy of the visiting team's positions at this point. Looks like it purely is a WIP issue, not demonstrative of any positioning screw-up.

Yes, it is WIP, and mostly display (placeholder) items, and does not reflect fully what is on the field. All of that will be cleaned up. Game is not done yet

I have 3 questions. If you guys have time to check these things out.

1. Can we change the color of the catchers helmet? For some reason Ryan Hanigan has a black catchers helmet instead of Red. I just wonder if or could they add this option.

2. As Hustlin' has posted, I would love to see a shot of the entire left field area of GABP. Thanks for the other shot 42. It looks pretty close to the real thing. Good to see.

3. Love to know if Jay Bruce and Joey Votto have updated stances and/or rituals.

Thanks guys. Would love to be there checking the game out. Can't wait until March.

Are these situations going to change throughout the game? That would be pretty sweet to see whats going on in the other games. Doesn't matter either way its a nice addition.

Does the crowd still boo EVERY time the visting team scores? This is kind of annoying. There's no way the crowd is booing in the early innings when one run is scored. Usually the crowd will not boo unless the pitcher is getting shelled, or the home team is playing terribly.
