I dont think I've seen this brought up yet... Can anyone from CD chime in on if pitchers still wear long sleeves during night games when the rest of the team is wearing short sleeves? I don't play franchise much, but it's almost always this way in exhibition mode and at Angel Stadium of all places. This is one of my biggest gripes from last year. I know it's odd that this is it for me, but as a Southern California fan, I virtually never see pitchers choose long sleeves unless they're the type to always wear them. It doesn't bother me when the game makes the whole team wear long sleeves, only when it's just the pitcher. I understand I may be way to late to ask for this, but can it be brought up with the devs? This would make 11 nearly perfect for me. But if it has to wait for next year, I'll be sure to bring it up then. Huge thanks either way!

Nemesis, what about catcher masks? When using the alternate Reds jerseys in '10, the new style mask for Ryan Hanigan was black instead of red. Do you have any idea if this got changed? Thanks.

The CPU will randomize it, but you can select CPU uniforms when you play them, so the daytime thing is not really an issue.

He is going to get with a programmer to see if the catcher helmet can be changed, but if not for this year, it will have to be next year.

The "blue helmets" having the "red bill" on them is correct though right?

Here is a screen shot of the Phillies catcher wearing the wrong helmet in MLB 10 The Show.

And the second screen shot is the currect way.

Also Catcher Carlos Ruiz face mask should be all red and the chest protector is also all red.

Some teams will have different afternoon start times.
I've seen for various teams....12:45.....1:00.....1:15...3:00...3:10.... .4:00...and there were 6:00 starts(that's a night game though.)
You CANNOT choose start times though....they are all schedule related.

The actual daylight games...have been expanded on...the shadows...lighting etc is worked to be stretched out to a more gradual progression to the later time in the game.

Just a small thing, but the White Sox away jerseys will be slightly different this year. The patch on the left shoulder has been changed. It used to be a diamond sock.

Knight already confirmed in this thread that you cannot choose start times for exhibition. Just day and night like before...no further variation.

I wonder how much more improved the Real-Time Presentation is? One thing I always wanted them to try to improve for this year's game was to allow for teammates to meet and congratulate players at home plate when they were driven in via a HR.

From the sounds of it, it will be pretty much the same this year. This doesn't mean SCEA is ditching the idea, they just spent their time this year on other aspects of the game. The next version should have RTP improved (or so we can hope)

Yep

You can make any combination of hat, jersey, and pants for both home and away

Any word on the Orioles uniforms? I know it was raised to the devs that the script on the home and alternate jerseys should be larger and better proportioned.

How do schedules look in season/franchise? Are there accurate times on get away days (Thursdays/Sundays)? Do the Cubs play a lot of day games?
