I am going to put the game in and watch the opening video. If it isn't Jason Heywards first HR on opening day last year, I will turn off the PS3 and cut it back on until I get to watch it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the call on that. I knew as soon as I heard it on TV that it was going to make it into the show.

After I watch the video, I will start learning the new analog controls. I will play an exhibition game with the Braves, and as soon as I feel like I am ok with the controls I will go online to determine how much I will play online. If there are nothing but jackwagons throwing curve balls and change-ups in the dirt, then I will stop playing online.

Then when Knight and co. finish their wonderful hard work, I will download the rosters and I will start my Braves franchise.

1st thing I usually do is play some online games with people on my friends list. Then, if possible, I set up our spring training online league. After that, I play around with other modes.. 3 more weeks.. They are going to take forever.

Don't remind me! That is a memory that does not sit well with Cubs fans such as myself. I remember Zambrano giving it up.. Made me mad!

hahaha...but it was such a perfect call for a spot on this game. Maybe they knew that, and that is why it was called that way?

Knock out a couple of exhibition games. I will then start a throwaway franchise with either the Nationals or Yankees. Then I will start a franchise with either Colorado or Cincy once opening day rosters are finalized.

I'll check out the analog controllers in exhibition on day one as well as look into the default rosters and try to import players via the new player vault. I'll also take in the new featured aesthetics of 2011. I'm definitely looking forward to this release.

I always watch the intro video, it just gets me adds to my hype and the realization that "I can believe i have it." Ill play a game with my Buccos after checking out the rosters. I cant wait to see how they made PNC look, after last years performance with it, it'll be hard to beat...but i know they will.

For me, its going to be playing a few exhibition games to get used to the analog controls. Once I feel comfortable enough, ill probably start a Rockies franchise to see how everything plays out. When Knight's rosters come out, im going to start a Yankees franchise and play it out till the end

First thing! IMMEDIATELY importing 'Don't stop believing' by Journey, to listen to as i do some batting practice with the defending World CHampions. I'll probably play around with the analog and/or zone hitting. Then into an exhibition to play the Ducking Fodgers. =) Can't wait

I'm going to start up an RTTS... as that's usually what I get really into with this game - I love building my own career! The only thing I'm not sure about - is whether to start with a position player, or a pitcher. I'm most likely going to start with the position player though (hopefully end up on either the Phillies or Red Sox!).
