Hitting 2 cycles with Vernon Wells within a week of each other in my franchise. Had never hit a cycle in my history with the show since 2006 and then I go and hit 2 in one week! We'll miss you in TO Vernon, but we won't miss your contract.

favorite memory was game 6 of NLCS playing with the braves against the phils in a series that im down 3-2 in...its 3-2 bottom of 9th, 2 outs, nobody on, 0-2 count on Jason Heyward... Brad Lidge delivers the pitch, fouled off...the next pitch fouled off, next pitch, fouled off, next pitch, fouled off, next pitch, fouled off, next pitch, fouled off, next pitch, fouled off, next pitch, fouled off, next pitch, fouled off, next pitch, fouled off, here comes the 13th pitch of the AB, hard ground ball to the left side of the field towards the hole right under the glove of a diving Placido Polanco and into the glove of Jimmy Rollins who then turns and throws to first just a split second late as the ump calls Heyward safe

so, still alive down 3-2 in the bottom of the 9th with 2outs, 1 on, and Derek Lee struts to the plate..controller shaking in hand, heart racing, Lidge delivers a Fast ball inner half of the plate... Lee swings, timings perfect, contact superb, and crowd roars as the ball flies over the left wall and into a frenzy of Braves fans...it was the greatest game of video game baseball i've ever played

now there is a downside to this story...I got my @$$ handed to me in game 7 in Philly 8-2
but man i wont forget that game 6 blast by Lee and the crucial infield single by the Jhey kid

Yankee Franchise 2010 Season WS Game 1 (PHI @ NYY): Instant classic featured an unprecedented pitcher's duel betw. Roy Halladay & Phil Hughes (Sabathia had to pitch Game 7 v. LAA). Entering the bottom of the ninth the game was scoreless w/ each starter yielding one-hit apiece when Marcus Thames came to the plate to lead off. Halladay's first pitch was promptly deposited into the LF seats to give New York the 1-0 walk-off victory. The Yanks went on to win the series 4-2. *Series notes: Hughes went on to hurl another CG shutout (this time yielding 6 hits) improving to 2-0 & Thames hit .563 while knocking in 11 on the strength of a WS record 6 HRs.

My first exhibition game as soon as I got the game was Phillies @ Yankees, and I was the yankees. It was CC vs. Roy, and it was a wild game under the overcast afternoon sky. CC got rattled early, but I staged a late game comeback, including an inside the park HR by none other than Nick Johnson (I was excited how unpredictable the game looked.) Down by 1, with the bases loaded and 2 outs in the bottom of the ninth, I struck out with Robinson Cano - but Ruiz dropped the ball! Cano ran his heart out to first, and was SAFE! Derek Jeter had come home to tie the game! On the next at bat, Jorge Posada hit the game winning single. My first game with 10 was definitely my most memorable!

I remember when I first saw the bullpen reaction to a foul ball and a fan falling off the stands that try to reach for a ball.

i just had a fairly good memory for me to remember. I beat the cubbies 4-3 as my buccos in my 2011 franchise. It was 2-2 for much of the game then Marlon Byrd went Ya-Ya, so it was 3-2 cubs, then pedro alvarez drove in a run in the 7th, then in the bottom of the 8th Steven Pearce pinch hitting for releiver Charlie Morton goes deep to left giving the Pirates the lead, and putting closer Joel Hanrahan up in the pen. Hanrahan comes in and shuts the door. The Buccos are 1-1 on the year lol. Suprisingly Maholm pitched a good game, he 5.2 6hits 3 ER 7K. Very glad i started to play this again.

Last night actually I was playing against my cousin at my friends house Mets - Nats(Me) and I hit a pinch-hit walk-off Grand Slam with Matt Stairs to the opposite field off K-Rod.

It was **** and he didn't appreciate my smack talk as Stairs rounded the bases.

It's so weird how the Show predicts the real future. In my FIRST franchise that I began the day it came out, I played with the Yankees and lost to the Rangers in the ALCS (couldn't get Hamilton out!)

And to top it off...they lost to the Giants in the WS. I remember thinking how unrealistic that would be...

                    Re: MLB 10 Memories Thread

One of the better memories last year was a cycle that I hit with Michael Young. I had a first pitch triple that scored Andrus, and then I had a home run the next at bat. During the ninth inning, the tornado sirens went off at home IRL, and I got my double before the power went out. Then I went and hid in the bathroom.

I also had a moment later on when I was trying to build the Washington Nationals. I ended up winning the East and had the privilege of facing the St. Louis Cardinals. I went to St. Louis and split the series, but they came back and split it again. In Game 5, I played Stephen Strausburg and he pitched two hit ball and won the game on an Adam Dunn two run blast in St. Louis. I ended up going to Philadelphia where I lost in five, but it was a great opening series.

Blowing like a 5 run lead late in game 7 of the World Series and ultimately losing in the 13th inning

Breaking up someone's no-hitter they had going on me with 2 outs in the 9th inning in an online game

My best memory was throwing a perfect game against the Mets with Roy Halladay winning the game 1-0 Even better was Hallday had the only RBI of the game, hitting a single in the bot of 7 to score ruiz from second.

I've gotten so close to a perfect game several times - I want to have one, one of these days!

After about 6 seasons in RTTS, I hadn't even made the playoffs. I get traded to Boston, make the playoffs, hit .400+ in post season play, and hit a walk off Grand Slam in to take Game 6 of the World Series. We closed out SF in game 7. It was the most gratifying feeling I had ever had in a Video game. I literally yelled and scared the **** out of my dog when I hit the bomb in game 6
