The Texas Rangers used to wear the home whites with the red jersey being used on Fridays and holidays. However, last year they switched it to being the starting pitcher's decision.

Their uniform options are:

Home
Blue Hat/White Jersey/White Pants
Red Hat/White Jersey/White Pants (not very common)
Red Hat/Red Jersey/White Pants
Blue Hat/Blue Jersey/White Pants

Road
Blue Hat/Blue Jersey/Gray Pants
Blue Hat/Blue Jersey/White Pants
Blue Hat/Gray Jersey/Gray Pants

- CJ Wilson always goes with the Red Jersey combo at home and the Blue Jersey combo on the road.

- Cliff Lee only chose the White at home and the Gray on the road.

- Tommy Hunter typically (not always) went with Red at home and blue on the road. Sometimes he would go with w/ red hat at home for afternoon games.

- Colby Lewis didn't really show a preference last year. He did go with White most of the year but then moved towards Red late in the year. He also was split on road jersey options.

So yeah...it's up to you what to do with the Rangers other than when CJ is pitching.

I was going to create a thread on March 8th for this, buy I guess I'll start now.

Guys, I'm going to create an Excel file as well as post an easy-to-read table on a web page for easy reading for the whole community to read and use this year. I will include pictures from the game as well (hence why I was waiting for March 8). After all, I'm not sure everybody knows what the Jays stylized J hat means.

I'm going to start now on this. I do now some jerseys aren't in the game.

I don't think anybody wears white pants on the road.

New York Mets: All worn randomly (some more frequently than others).
Home:
blue cap / white jersey / white pants
black cap with blue bill / white jersey / white pants
blue cap / cream-colored pinstriped jersey / cream-colored pinstriped pants
black cap / black jersey / white pants
Road:
black cap with blue bill / grey jersey / grey pants
black cap / black jersey / grey pants

For the Cubs, it's up to that day's starting pitcher. Zambrano always chooses the blue alternative. Dempster usually goes with the home whites at home but has gone back and forth on the road between the grey and the alternate so that's anyone's guess.

I never seen Dempster wear the blue top as a starter. I'm pretty sure he never wears it. Also, if I recall correctly, the Cubs didn't wear their blue top at home last season. Let's see if they would this year.

I could be wrong about this (maybe some other Rangers fans can correct me if I am) but I am pretty sure they only wear their grey jerseys on the road and do not wear their blue jerseys like MLB 10: The Show gave the option of doing.

I'm not a Rangers fan, but I could say that they do indeed wear their blue jerseys on the road & also at home.

I can't tell you how relieved I'll be to finally be able to play in the road blues without the Sunday home cap.

As will I, but since you cant mix and match in RTTS I am interested to see if they have corrected it for that.
