        LF Tabata
        2B Walker

LETS GO BUCS! im lovin cutch in that 3 spot. Also, with those top 3 hitters it almost seems like well have a guy on base 70-80% of the time, that is if Walker and Tabata keep up where they were last year. With pedro coming up with one guy on base that much...NL Central look out lol

I don't like that lineup at all - I think Loney or Kemp should bat 2nd.

Here's what I'm rolling with in my franchise:

          1. Furcal
          2. Kemp
          3. Loney
          4. Either
          5. Uribe
          6. Thames/Gibbons (LF platoon)
          7. Blake
          8. Barajas
          9. Pitcher's Spot

I'm still debating whether or not to switch up Kemp/Either and perhaps Loney/Uribe - I enjoy a L/R/L/R lineup. I hit Kemp in the 2 hole last year and he was a Monster - not that that has anything to do with this year's game!

                Re: *2011 Team Projected Lineups*

For me, which differs from what Detroit will run with:

                Austin Jackson
                Will Rhymes
                Magglio Ordonez
                Miguel Cabrera
                Victor Martinez
                Ryan Raburn
                Jhonny Peralta
                Brandon Inge
                Alex Avila

The Tigers in real life will hit Peralta 6th.

Sizemore, Guillen, and Rhymes are the 2nd base options. Leyland said he would hit Guillen in the bottom part of the order. Sizemore would hit down there. Rhymes is the only real number 2 hitter on the team. Raburn is an option, but he's going to hit 25 HR this year, he'd be better off behind Victor.

I'm going to start Rhymes just because I like his defense and he is a prototypical number 2 hitter. Also a left handed bat. So Guillen will be my utility man.

I can't wait to use Austin Jackson. He wasn't really in the game last year.

                  Re: *2011 Team Projected Lineups*

Well since the Twins previous lineup and rotation isn't even close to being right (no chance Valencia hits 2nd, the "Japanese guy" has a name and there's no chance Manship makes the rotation) ill re-post it:

                  Span CF
                  Nishioka 2B
                  Mauer C
                  Morneau 1B
                  Young LF
                  Kubel DH
                  Cuddyer RF
                  Valencia 3B
                  Casilla SS

                  Rotation

                  Pavano
                  Liriano
                  Baker
                  Duensing
                  Blackburn or Slowey

Since the Twins bullpen is being revamped and since Blackburn and Slowey just got paid decently, there's a chance Slowey and Blackburn both make the rotation. They like Duensing as a potential lefty out of the pen. Alot depends on how the other lefty, Jose Mijares (talented young but wildly inconsistent) looks in ST

                    RF Diaz
                    1B Overbay
                    C Snyder
                    SS Cedeno

                    vs R:
                    LF Tabata
                    2B Walker
                    CF McCutchen
                    3B Alvarez
                    1B Overbay
                    RF Jones
                    C Snyder
                    SS Cedeno
It still could go McCutchen, Tabata, then Walker.

Also, I'm going to post the way I see it:

                    Both Left and Right
                    CF McCutchen
                    LF Tabata
                    2B Walker
                    3B Alvarez
                    1B Jones
                    RF Diaz
                    C Snyder
                    SS Cedeno

That is the way I would set it up. Mainly, because I don't like Overbay. I realize this is not how it will end up. Just thought I'd say the way I would do it.

Alexei's not hitting second, Beckham most likely will. Ozzie has said this.

Still a chance Alexei gets that spot, but he'd have to out-hit Gordon in ST and not have his usual April swoon.

And can people please stop spelling Teahen wrong? lol
