Re: Official MLB 11 The Show - Q&A Thread
Has anyone looked at the new RTTS yet? Wondering about:
- screen position relative running (when it rotates suddenly you don't use the same direction to advance -- at least last year)
- Goals -- any different? Saw the blog that showed getting points for an at bat that looked much improved -- but there was still a 'goals' button. Wondering what that is.
- how the new training is playing out -- have an opinion to share?

Re: Official MLB 11 The Show - Q&A Thread
It looks like the question about relievers may have been missed, so I'll ask one more time:
Has the reliever logic been improved? Namely, do teams bring in the same reliever first every game? Also, do top relievers pitch 100+ times in a season?Comment

Re: Official MLB 11 The Show - Q&A Thread
Have HR totals been realistic so far for you guys? Playing the demo I have found that HR totals seem low (avg about 0.5HR/9 Inn on HOF). I am assuming this is likely because we are facing the top 2 pitchers in Lincecum and Wilson and the wind is constantly blowing in at 18mph from right field and SF isn't exactly a HR haven. Thanks.Comment

Re: Official MLB 11 The Show - Q&A Thread
I have no idea what the realistic number of homeruns is per game, combined between the 2 two teams, but in 13 Spring Training games, I have 27 homeruns with the Cards and have given up 32. Yes, my pitching stinks.
I hit 4 homeruns in my last outing.
This is on HOF by the way.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Official MLB 11 The Show - Q&A Thread
I've been hitting/giving up HR pretty realistically. I've played I think 5 games so far, and from memory
Game 1: NYY 5 @ TOR 3 - 1 HR NYY, 2 HR TOR
Game 2: TOR 1 @ BOS 7 - 1 HR TOR, 3 HR BOS (one inside the park lol me)
Game 3: BOS 7 @ TOR 8 - 1 HR BOS, 0 HR TOR
Game 4: TOR 13 @ BAL 5 - 4 HR TOR, 1 HR BAL
Game 5: TB 5 @ TOR 6 - 1 HR TB, 2 HR TOR
Seems realistic enough to me and its only a small sample nonetheless.Blue Jays, Blackhawks, AuburnComment

it was reported to have been corrected during community days. I have not played the regular season in my franchise yet to check, nor have I simmed a season.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
