Anybody playing in 1080p?

I am not saying you are losing pq on 1080p but you diff not getting a better quality then 720p

Why do you guys think the game has no issues with the frame rate anymore on 1080p

Because it no longer offers 1080p which the show is not optimized to run at

I want somebody to show me a screen show of the rubber on the mound on 1080p

I have never had problems when it did run in 1080p before. Which just tells me my TV kicks *** just like Brian Wilson's BEARD!!

I telling you it looks crisper on my TV with 1080p set instead of 720p. But you guys keep thinking the opposite.

It's fact is not us seeing things. Why do all games that support 1080p for ps3 not say the same message as the show to run at 720p

But as long as you see what you like then more power to you.

My tv is one of the best around and I have tested this on some of the better tv's and is not better in terms of graphics

It is worst unless you are a fan of jagged edges and pixelated rubber mounds

Is this thread for real? Stop arguing about a TV, its a proven fact that The Show does not support 1080p like 09 did. Your TV cannot change how good the game looks, get real, stop trying to be a hero and say your TV is unreal, I'm with GiantFanatic on this one, because he has 100% true evidence and it's been proven.

Giants, are you a little bitter because you dont have a 1080p TV? Telling us that 720 looks the same when it looks a hell of a lot better on a higher end 1080p TV is just plain stupid. I have both 720 and 1080p TVs at my house and when I play PS3 and the Show, 1080p is a must.

I would be nice to see a dev step in here and give us the final word on this subject. There are at least half a dozen or so of these exact threads started every year.

Each one is the same. Some people think it looks better 1080p, other people don't. Some people say they think they see more jaggies, while other people say it looks more crisp. Some people have lag, other people don't. Not to mention all the people who get bent out of shape and start having pissing contests with their TVs..

People have vastly different HDTVs here, and they're not all going to experience the same results with The Show. Until we hear otherwise from someone in the know, you guys might as well just go back and read the 10 threads about TV resolution from last year. All of the "answers" are going to be the same.

i played mostly in 1080p last year and i switched to 720p later on and i must say it looked alot more clean cut on 720p.

You're correct that they didn't make the TV, but they did make the game, so I think they have something to say about this issue.

I am not going to just come here and argue the type of tv I have which I am willing to bet makes Scott's look like a tv from the Happy Days sitcom
