Runner thrown out stealing in practise mode, hitter just keeps walking away

happens every time the runner is thrown out stealing or if I strike out on a hit-and-run in practice mode

Whats the bug? When you pinch hit for a pitcher, that pinch hitter is forced to pitch to at least one batter the next inning; if that pinch hitter is a pitcher.

I posted about this last year and its back. I will give you an example so you understand it better:

You have exhausted your bench and have nobody left to take an at bat, and your pitcher is up to bat. Your closer is warming up and you have scheduled him to come in next inning. All you have to do it bunt but your pitcher has a 0 bunt ability. So you pinch hit as a starting pitcher that is good at bunting. This pinch hitter is scheduled to start tomorrow. After you lay down the bunt, and after the inning, you prepare to have you closer come in and finish the game. But 3 mistakes happen during the middle of the inning:

1. It doesn't warn you that you have a position player on the mound; okay fair enough.

2. It doesn't ask you if you still want to bring in your closer. He is warm and you scheduled him to come in.

3. When you manually attempt to put in your closer, the game wont let you. Below is a photo of what the error message looks like.

Just because the pinch hitter is a pitcher, the game forces you to make him pitch to at least one batter. So he has to throw all his warm up pitches, and throw to 1 batter, completely messing up your entire rotation.

I experienced this bug, but in a different way:

I used a pinch hitter for my pitcher, but used Carlos Zambrano (as he was my best option late in the game). He recorded a single. I went to pinch run for him, but got the error message that insisted my pitcher pitch to at least one batter, or something like that.

I experienced this bug, but in a different way:

Was this in RTTS? I am referring to franchise mode. I still have saves with Jeter and MO in HOF.

Honestly, I simmed to 2027 and there was no players that retired make the Hall.

this game is more than good but my only problem is watching the ball goin thru my bat lik a ghost many times now that happen after i check it on the replay...when i feel that it could be a hit and now that happens with my catcher`s gloves also..i hate to see that, i know that is jus a video game but thats not realistic at all. is there something to fix it?? please help!!!!!

Wow. Curious if or will this be fixed. I was considering using Az in a franchise. I definitely won't start yet as I would have liked to use Micah O as a pinch hitter. Will have to go to AL for a franchise team.

For the record, I've never seen this.

There's a calculation going on 'under the hood' and it is saying that you didn't get a hit...the animation is a bit off and shows the ball contacting the bat...no big deal?

Or how about the ball going through my fielder's glove?!! I've seen this happen several times and it is maddening. I know it's the same kind of deal with the game calculating probabilities and outcomes, but it's still ridiculous.

System freezes on a load screen after playing an event in RTTS.

It's happened twice. The first time was after a training session, the second time was after playing a game (starting pitcher). The baseball diamond and spinning ball load screen animation just keeps on going in the lower right hand corner of the screen but nothing ever happens. There also is no sound. (I have a lot of my own songs in the jukebox, could it be an error when calling the song that never gets resolved?) Don't know how to trigger it. I left it alone to see if it would resolve but even after 30 minutes, nothing changes. Have to quit out of MLB 11 and lose the results of the played game.

Twice in the same season (2013)

When the game displays the K-zone CG during a replay, the pitch locations it tracks are ridiculously inaccurate. They're off by several feet.

Whats the bug?
During the opening animations, when the announcers are talking about the pitcher, two things happen. A) In RTTS, the announcers talk about the starting pitcher like a reliever: "And now we'll have a new pitcher come into the game here", before the game has even started. B) The pitcher will hold his glove out for the ball back from the catcher and freeze there, and occasionally the catcher appears to be crouched right in front of the pitcher or right behind him on the mound, facing the outfield wall. It's really bizarre. This only happens on the final warmup toss before the game cuts to the next camera, so the pitcher waits for a throwback that will never come. Not sure what's going on with the misplaced catcher.

Odd scoring logic. On some groundballs hit directly to fielders who make poor plays, the SP is awarded a "Poor Batter" despite having induced a groundball. It has happened on one and two pitch ABs also.

Before games in RTTS, as you know, there are several different loadscreens that display: lineups, last three starts, standings, league leaders. One is the RTTS player's career stats, but these numbers are not correct at all. My SP shows only IP and SV in the individual seasons (despite having no saves), and the IPs are way off. At the bottom of the screen, his "MLB totals" are absurd numbers like 1448 for ERA.

Every time this particular load screen is used.

Sometimes when a player comes up to bat for the first time in the game, when it shows his game count it includes the current game and I don't think it should. Example: My RTTS guy has 5 game appearances but in the next game it will say 6 even though they've just started that game. Apologies if this isn't considered a bug.

Every time a player's game count is displayed when he comes to bat.

I understand that this is not a bug and I apologize for posting it here but I don't know where else to put it. I have posted this for over three years now in other sections and never received a response.

Please put all Washington Nationals numbers into circulation. 8, 10 and 30 were retired by the Expos but are in use by the Nationals.

Justin Maxwell was wearing #30 until he was traded to the Yankees and other players have worn 8 & 10.

When selecting a pinch hitter during a game, where it shows the current pitcher in the bottom corner, it ALWAYS says it's a righty, even when it's a lefty.

Happens every time you do an offensive substitution.

Controller not vibrating when using square guess pitch button while power swing is chosen.

Choose power swing. Guess pitch with square button.

Result:
Controller doesn't vibrate to indicate that the square button (for guess pitch) was pressed.Reproducible every time.

I had the same bug last night.

sorry is this was already addressed. i really didn't want to go through 28 pages to see if it was.

when i made a double switch, it brought the player that was a part of the switch in to pitch and the pitcher just disappeared. so instead of it being 8. Pitcher (switched from Carlos Ruiz)
