for an *A* overall player, it'd cost u at the very least 2 *A* and a high-end *B* prospect....something along those lines.....but it would be easier if u gave us names

I'm about 50 games into my Indians franchise and after calling up a B potential second baseman from AAA, he has been tearing it up. He started off with a .857 batting average over 5 or so games and I thought he would cool off but now, after about 15 games, he's hitting .396 with a handful of homeruns and about 20 RBIs. He's showing no signs of slowing down and now I just have Orlando Cabrera sitting on the bench. I don't want to send him to AAA because he's too experienced for that. My roster and rotation is basically set in stone but I do need another reliever. Any suggestions on relievers for Orlando + possible a B/C potential prospect?

Middle/long reliever that can throw hard and is relatively young. I like guys who can throw hard and get the job done, basically.

Made a trade at the deadline:

                        Chi Sox (Me) get:
                        Drabek(Young, A potential)
                        Colby Rasmus

                        Blue Jays get:
                        Alex Rios
                        Matt Thornton
                        B prospect

The 'Jays get a solid, though old, reliever/closer, as well as a proven center fielder to take the spot of Rasmus. I end up with a solid young starter to eventually take the place of Buerhle, once I trade him, or he retires. I also end up with a solid center fielder, who can only get better. He has the speed to play all outfield positions, so I can eventually move him to left, to take Pierres spot, once he gets older.

                        Good trade? Bad trade?

pretty good trade on your end as future potential goes....None of the players involved in your trade are really doin much IRL so it's kinda hard to evaluate....There was a reason why the Jays let Rios go in the first place so idk why they wudd take him back...Thornton was rocked when he was closing...and we all know the colby rasmus story

I hate Rios' stance, and Thornton is getting older. The main idea with those trades was to get younger (Which I accomplished: I've got a 25, and a 24 yr old. CF and SP ready for the bigs). Also, I dropped a crapload of salary here. Thornton had an 8.2 mil., and rios has somewhere around 3.2. None of the 3 I picked up come close to more than 3 mil.

Not bad, haha. I'm just trying to rebuild the Sox right now... Pickikn' up prospects. I'll post some of the other trades I made later.
