Had a bug last night. I got a double in RTTS. On 2nd base its a 2-2 count and i accidentally pressed to steal the base. The Batter hit a home run so the cut scene took over. I ended up earning the Insider Trophy lol. The trophy you get for an inside the park home run. I don't know if its the fact that i doubled or if its cause i was in the process of stealing a base when the home run was hit.

Playing in franchise, manage Mode:

When you do a Hit and Run play and the batter swings and misses, if the runner steals second successfully he will then, on the very next pitch, try and steal 3B and the Hit and Run attempt is executed again.

I've also seen this in RTTS when the coach calls for a hit-and-run.

Hey Russell/Knight-

I'm having HUGE base running issues that I don't remember from last year.

3 times in one game I was thrown out at second base from the outfield because the man on first froze 5 yards from the first base bag (like a player would to see if a pop up got caught or not)... Only problem is one was a line drive up the middle and 2 were ground balls that made it out of the infield...ALL 3 HAPPENED ON 2 OUTS!

EVERYONE SHOULD BE RUNNING ON TWO OUTS NO MATTER THE HIT

I use analog hitting...am I doing something wrong here? Because this happened last night once when I was at my buddy's house playing him and he had bases loaded too...DEF game changer

Am I the only one a little bewildered about how bobbled balls are being ruled as hits?

I'm not talking on plays where the fielder executes a dive. I'm talking on plays where the fielder is still upright, and the ball deflects off of the glove. These are clear errors, not discretionary hits.

I have 3 videos. Two at 3B, and one in right field.

Would someone mind PM'ing me about what to do with these files their on my flashdrive. That's about all I know how to do.

My RTTS throws right/bats right. Player card shows a lefty. When I slide, he slides on his right side, when gets up, he dusts off the left side.

Anyone else see the Suction Glove issue? I was playing last night and laid down a sacrifice bunt. The catcher fielded and fired to first to get the runner. In order to avoid hitting the runner with the throw, he threw the ball a little away from him, but the ball was CLEARLY about 3 feet from the first basemen and the ball sunctioned into his mitt. Wasn't annoyed or anything, didn't really change the complexion of the play, just looked odd.

Yup. 1st base throwing to pitcher running to first. When he threw it way ahead of him I was eyeing 2nd. The ball took vectored 30 degrees'ish into his glove. I had to replay it back to believe it.

Anyone encounter a game that wouldn't register as having been played in RTTS? I played a AA playoff game 3 times on 9/7/11 and finally had to sim it to get past.

I've had this happen several times as well. Twice in one game I had my LFer boot 2 balls only to be ruled a base hit. It is pretty disappointing. Love the errors just hope it gets fixed so they are ruled errors.

Anybody have trouble with RTTS training drills. I enter the drill and can't do anything because none of the buttons work. I'm guessing it's a freeze issue.

Playing last night, I ran into two glitches....was wondering if anyone has experienced the first or know of a fix for the second.

1...the computer pitcher threw a wild pitch while I had a man on first so I stole second, only to find the catcher trying to "run thru the backstop" yet I guess couldn't get the ball...who knows where it went...but I ended up having to run all the way around and score before I could continue the game....

2...between innings, as my team came to the plate, I entered the bullpen to warm up two pitchers....apparently, the computer team wanted to change pitchers too, as I could not get out of the bullpen no matter what I did....it kept saying I had to replace the coomputer pitcher to continue...and all I could do was select pitchers from my pen to warm up, sit, schedule to pitch, etc.....so I ended up having to exit the came and all was lost

were you in franchise? Can you switch to the computer team and then switch back?

Just had a weird occurrence of events during a game I just played. I was playing vs the indians and a ball was hit off the wall in left field in PNC park. I was running towards it to attempt to make a catch but was going to be way late. Ball hit off the wall, into the ground, then hit Tabata in the arm and went into the stands. During the actual play I could not tell where the ball went so I am running around trying to find it. After watching the replay after the ball hit of Tabata it got lost in the stands and the batter got got an inside the park HR and runner from first scored.

I have not seen this happen in real life so not sure on rule on this but I am pretty sure it should have been ruled a ground rule double.
