Probably too late to get this update in, but I would love to be proved wrong.

At least they released some details (not sure how I feel about them), because the Tigers are keeping the changes to CoPa under wraps until opening day.

Reminds me of the roof box seating addition at Fenway Park (maybe a mix of the Green Monster seats thrown in there).

That would be cool to see this change get in, but that would require ripping out a lot of stuff to get it done. This game has but thirty days before being completely wrapped up, so I wonder if something this substantial can actually be altered.

Very likely this will have to wait for MLB 13 The Show.

I would say there is a less then 1% chance it makes it into MLB 12 The Show.

I saw what some people did with photoshopping the stadium to make it look like it does in real life. I did the same for rogers centre.

Indeed no matter how many of us complain about it it does not look like Sony will ever change the colors.

The reasons are however unkown to me.

You're not making any sense. The post M_F_Z is replying to is in response to "we are all". He misses the point in that it's probably including only those concerned with the field and stadium colors, but there's no reason to be sarcastic or to say one thing "I'll be sure to campaign for a purple field for whatever team is is you like next year" and then try to spin it to something else "I said I will campaign as in..." If you leave your point vague, don't expect someone to understand the point you're trying to convey, especially when your original point is as clear as day.

I also see that you edited your post and it's a good thing you did. There's no need to lash out at someone who is indifferent to one aspect in the game that you care more about.
