There will be more stat overlays but not necessarily the ones your are looking for.

well if not in overlays have they added any of those (indiv batter vs pitcher stats, team vs team stats) to the over all stat inventory we can see inside the game at any level???

if not it will just go again for the umtenth year go into my wish list for 13'. We are the managers of our teams we need to have these stats going into each series of the season.

Even to go as far as to say we need to see the teams player stats from their games since we last met them... we need all the info we can get to be better prepared for that team in that series...

well that is at least how i approach the game and how it should be represented... thanks for the answer to my question.

And if so at the end of the game does the Catcher lift or take his Mask off when he high fives the pitcher and his team mates for the victory?

Also how is the replay system this year? Do the replays now show the whole play or are they still cut off before the entire play can finish?

Yes I was able to. The catcher has his mask on after a victory but when you high five your teammates, it's gone.

Um, I don't remember. Are you talking about the end game replays? With so much going on, I didn't notice sorry.

I really don't know. From my understanding, not all of the ones you asked for are there. Maybe you will get more info from community day.

Did you notice any new styles of equipment? For instance, new style batting gloves, arm sleeve colors, extra baggy pants/jerseys, long/short wrist tape, new cleats.

Yes the replay reel at the end of the game. I just hate when a replay is cut off before the play is completely finished. Like they will show a replay where there was a play at home plate but the replay stops before the outfielder even releases the ball from his hand. I am going to guess this happens becasue of the amount of memory available on the PS3. But it would be great if Sony could some how fix this.

And I am very happy to hear that Sony took my advice and added a cut scene with the catchers mask off at the team victory high five at the end of the game Little things like this go a long way and make the game seem so realistic looking.

I would have thought you guys would be excited about the new trade screen. I think it's a huge step. Telling us whether or not the trade will go through and always have their team needs on the screen is really cool.

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing it in person. I think it's just kinda hard to get the full effect from a picture. But thanks for sharing the info, I do agree that it's going to be a big help.

Yeah, it does look good, how is the trade logic? It was one of the things to be improved.

Hopefully.....with instant trades OFF(meaning the 3 day waiting period for an answer) means that the bar will either be full or empty(always) as that kind of makes the waiting period moot(if I know what the other team is going to say). Takes a little out of the process IMO.
If not...I can live with it a year until '13 and I get to scream in Aaron's ear for an entire cycle!

Did ya get any info we don't know about yet?

Thought I told you about some like the stat overlays and the new trade screen etc and background graphics in the menus etc. I can't remember or type everything that is new.

Freezetime, did you get a chance to try the analog controls for pitching and hitting on the Vita? I am curious if they work good. PS, can't wait for this game on the Vita, the main reason I am buying the system.

Yeah, like I stated before, the analog sticks work well. I'm pretty sure I tried the analog pitching. I don't really remember. I was impressed with the Vita version overall and it's not a sloppy port by any means.
