Sorry to ask again; I didn't see a reply. When using analog batting, is there a controller rumble/vibration when you hit the ball? Any little jolt to give analog batting a little more "oomph" when you push the analog stick forward and make contact?

Off the top of my head, I want to say yes, because I definitely "feel" something when I make good contact and time my swing right. I will pay a little more attention to this moving forward.

I apologize for what may seem like an obvious question, but the last Sony game I played was MLB 09 and in it there were only two available start times (late afternoon and night). Is there a greater variety nowadays? Can I play a game at 12:05 under a high midday sun? Thanks in advance.

No, just night and day games but the lighting in the game has changed so much since the 09 version, I think you'd be impressed anyway.

I am just loving what I am hearing from all this feedback from those who now have the game!

              Big thumbs up to everyone!

I have a question that builds on itself regarding the impact of weather...

Are you noticing any differences in how the players perform or ball reacts, etc. in varying weather conditions?

Have you had any games with rain?

                Rain Delays?

Games shortened by rain (ending in the 7th as Final)?

Any rain outs in franchise leading to double headers? And if so, are the players impacted by having to play a two-fer (ex. fatigue or momentum)?

I know, a lot of questions. Feel free to address any or all. Thanks!

I don't have the game yet but I believe it's been stated. No rain outs and no double headers. But I could be wrong.

By adding to what they have every year, they may end up with a really dynamic and deep commentary system soon, more and more every year.

I only played one game last night and plan on bailing from work early today to play some more, but I heard enough new that it made me smile. I can't wait to delve into a franchise since it sounds like that is where they have added the most.
. Yes please do! I'm very interested in the dynamic commentary so if you have in like year two of your franchise if your team wins the world series or gets to the playoffs does the commentary mention that? Thanks in advance

I believe it was Ramone (or a developer) that mentioned that it wouldn't be all that feasible to implement that into the game.(I'm paraphrasing here)

I'm interested in how stats are this year..Hoping for something like avg on certain counts, avg against pitchers, etc. This is mainly for RttS tho. I saw it was in franchise or exhibition via a video...hoping it made its way into RttS.

My short time with the game at best buy I did not see any liners back to the pitcher, was this toned down for 12

I've played 2 full games and many 3-4 innings and only seen 1 so far.

It's not too important, but if somebody gets the time to do it, can you check the Cards coaching staff? I'm wondering if Matheny or McGwire made it into the game.

to piggy back off of what Sroz said, in franchise you can play in 4pm and later, i think 8pm start times, but obviously its preset and can't be change.

I asked earlier, so, apologies for repeating.

I would like to know if the sliders are the same as last year. Or if they changed them at all. I did some searching, but I haven't found anything specific about it at all.

                                Thanks again!
