The rushed throws are good and all..... But not when you've thrown out the runner on first with the right fielder on what should've been an easy single. I've already done that twice in one game.... Possibly a huge problem with the online community.

Seriously people complain about a game being 'real' and critique it to death. The gamer should play realistically just as much.
Happens what.. Maybe once or twice a year if that?
That's why I dont play in the 'online community' aka cheese and do whatever it takes to win. Suck for those that do though.
I've never even come close to seeing this "issue" because frankly I never even think , at any time...ever..... To try and throw out a runner at first with outfield.

I have two questions for you : #1 - Do you think if I pitch on Veteran and hit on All-Star, that lowering the Solid Hits for Human and Cpu to 2 is too low? Also, #2 - What do you have Fielder Speed and Fielder Reaction set at? Thanks

Hey all, I know early on at CD the general idea was that the lineup logic was better this year. Any further thoughts now that some people have had the game a few days? Is it significantly better?

Either way I know I'll be outside waiting for the UPS truck with my Amazon shipment tomorrow.

I honestly couldn't answer #1 as I started with All Star and went right to HOF pretty quickly where I stayed since I got the game..

Can we finally edit contracts this year, or no? This is the only thing that we have never been able to edit before that annoys me since I am a big franchise player.

Can someone with the game do me a favor and see if the last name Toole is in RTTS? I requested it last year and can't remember if it was in the game last year.

It seems it does not.
I just imported a generated player over Jared Weaver and he had no historical stats.

Not sure why they would do that since the only point of exhibition is well exhibition. Those stats in franchise are much more relevant and important. Let's hope not.

Those OSD's you are talking about are previous year's stats. What's so wrong with seeing them? You're not making sense that it doesn't belong in exhibition. Sorry.

Where do I find players who are in A ball? I play in season mode and can't find these players. I sim past spring training and then the only rosters I see are the mlb roster, the 40-man roster and the triple A roster.

Season only has the 40 man rosters. You need to do FRANCHISE to see all three levels or minor league players.

For the most part....better. There are occasions that a guy who should really be a 5 or 6 hitter is put at leadoff. I think the logic is not factoring in power when it looks for a leadoff guy. I've only seen it where the leadoff guy gets injured ...and in two specific instances...Carlos Beltran and David Wright(although Wright doesn't "always" happen). There is more emphasis on contact at the leadoff position this year and it seems to override speed/baserunning a bit too much while dismissing if a player has power.
If they just put in a "if a player has XX contact...XX speed...XX baserunning but LESS than XX power....he could bat leadoff"

Just FYI....MOST(A LOT) of the names in that " '12 name thread" made it in. A LOT. I don't know why some didn't.

HI...i know that a lot of prospects wont be at the first roster update but eventualy they will be in some actualization....but my question is: players like Darvish, Cespedes and Harper would have pics or a generic face?

Id love to see them with their real picture...

While pitching my catcher totally missed a good pitch. I've never seen that before. Hit off his shoulder area and bounced away...
