I'm in the UK and noticed this week that The Show for Vita has popped up as a downloadable game. Two questions:

1. If I download it, will I have full access to online features?

2. If I download it and import a PS3 copy, will the file transferring stuff work successfully?

We'll gently sidestep the ridiculous issue of me having to pay £24 to download a game I have already imported for £30 just so I can use the advertised features because the horrible, bull**** online pass movement has screwed me over as it's region-locked despite the game being region-free and my hasn't this become quite the run-on sentence?

All you need to do is edit one of the Default profiles (Beginner, etc).

Once you back out, it will ask you if you want to save the changes and whether or not you want to make it the Default Profile.

Then, I believe you can rename it.

From there, you can apply it to as many teams as you'd like when starting a new Franchise.

Make sure instant trading is off.. and then check pending transactions in the transactions menu after everyday.

Ive played a franchise as the Yankees. My Gameplaysettings were pitching on All Star and hitting on Rookie. (Its my first MLB Game) So, ive played every game and won the WS. Overall the best experience in a sportsgame so far.

After going through the season ive thinking about starting a new one or play on with the Bombers. But to make it a bit more challeging and realistic im palying now some exebition games with different teams and hitting difficulties.

The last game ive played as the Twins against the Cards and managed on Veteran to make 15 Hits, 14 for the Cards. Lost the game 3:2 So....if i tweak the Difficulty to Allstar....is the hitting for the CPU also more challeging or only for me?

It only affects your difficulty on hitting.

I believe you have to set Trading to CPU for all teams. Right now, you probably have it set to Manual.

I forget where you find this option, but it should say something like Franchise Settings.

What I don't understand is why these Minor Leaguers are becoming free agents to begin with.

It's because every minor league player's contract must be renewed every season unless they are signed to a long-term contract. We don't see or hear about it because it's a very minor move and it's mostly assumed that every team is going to automatically renew a minor leaguer's contract until a team has exhausted all six renewals (unless that player is promoted to the big leagues and starts earning a MLB contract).

It would make sense, however, if The Show just automatically had contracts renewed for six years. Would save a lot of time for the user.

I need some help, see, i have the rosters updated with the date of october 8th, the thing is i can't find Manny Ramirez, in the new roster, in the default rosters he's free angent, but now is like he isn't in the game

I thought he was released by the A's during the regular season. He didn't play a single game in 2012.
