For Franchise mode is there an option for shortened seasons? Like 81 games instead of 162 games?

Can anyone comment on the pitch speed in the game? Specifically pitch speed at 0 vs. pitch speed at 0 for Show 11?

What difficulty do you play on, Rudy? I only ask cuz I feel like 0 Pitch Speed on HOF is very different from 0 Pitch Speed on All-Star and Veteran, not to mention depending on the hitting system you use. Ill check this out based on what you use.

1) Is homerun distance documented in boxscore or game track (replays) anywhere or do we just have to watch the in-game replay again to find out? Seemed like it wasnt consistently showed everytime in past editions, just curious?

2) are u guys seeing less dropped 3rd strikes?

3) are u guys seeing fewer balls hit up middle nailing pitchers?

4) As i recall players can occassionally get ejected, but can managers? Any added cutscenes of "cordial" ump/manager interactions. Perhaps an umps shoes getting dusted

Does Miller Field have better lighting this year? Its always been a bit dark and a low of Brewer fans have always thought it looked off.

Are the Brewers alternate hats a darker shade of blue this year?

Does Petco Park still have a plane flying over every single minute? I liked the feature just wish it was less frequent

There have been....but IMO...on a whole...it still needs to be ramped up big time.

I guess ill start it off, im not a big sock,player model,stadium billboards kinda guy im all about the franchise, rtts, and gameplay baby! I have 2 questions. First can someone do a fantasy draft with the number one pick and pick a few rounds to see how good of players you can get? only a couple rounds please lol. Lastly id like to know whats new with rtts are there new training/pratices? Or anything anyones noticed. Thanks guys!

I don't think the fantasy draft logic was changed...what are you looking to see...if you can build to good of a team right off the bat?

My question is about franchise, I know this will take some lengthy research so I don't expect an answer right away

Basically want to know if it has changed much from the last two years or is it the same setup?.....also how does the player potential look in relation to the drafted prospects, are we seeing more As and Bs distributed among positional players and not just pitchers?.....thanks in advance

On the manager sheet(view coaches) it does.....but there is no achievement archive as of now(hardware) or team specific.

I'm interested in what you guys think of the "hurry up" animations in the field. I know every Show game I've ever played has had a gigantic problem fielding bunts. The catcher would always needlessly spin or double tap his glove, resulting in a free base runner.

So I guess my question is: Have you guys noticed this yet? More specifically, how does the catcher play bunts or short choppers?

Yes...I've seen catchers....pitchers and the fielders all throw with more urgency....also OF'ers get it into the IF much quicker as well.

For the people who have the game. What is this "secret" game mode or whatever it was that everyone was talking/asking about? It was in a few threads but I don't see anything about the secret ebing revealed lol

2. Yes, by far for me. In two full games, I have only seen it twice

3. I have seen 6 in two and a half games.(that's 6 pitchers get nailed)

4. I have seen nothing at all in regards to managers or players getting up in an umps face so far.

Don't know if the plane stuff really happens that often in real life at Petco Park, but I remember when I used to play baseball, there was a plane flying over the field at least every 2 minutes lol.

Half the time when I was playing and just got bored, just look up and you see a diff plane going diff directions, and always trying to guess which direction the plane would go(since there was an airport about 20-30 mins away,so this was usually around the place where they'd start shifting directions alot)


And are sounds of the show different this year, or is it the same stuff?
