Re: 2012 Franchise Progress Thread
Here's a run down of my franchise up to this point:
I created two players to use in my lineup: myself and WWE wrestler John Cena(that may be weird to some but he's one of my faves and thought he may be a good player
)
I've made quite a few trades so far... just to improve the ranking of each position or to get rid of players that were doing very poorly:
On 5/8 I traded C Ryan Peters to the Mets for P Jon Niese
5/9 - Traded C Taylor Teagarden to the Phillies for P Jose Contreras, C Vance Guerrero and LF John Mayberry
5/10-Traded P Darren O'Day and 3B K. Startup to CLE for 1B Travis Hafner, P Robinson Tejeda and P D. Diaz
5/11 - Traded Mayberry to MIA for P Carlos Zambrano and P Anibal Sanchez
6/10 - Traded 3B Josh Bell, P Anibal Sanchez and LF J. Yoshii to BOS for P Daniel Bard, Vincente Padilla and M. Rylander
6/20 - Traded Bard and LF Will Gray to CLE for P Mike Gonzalez and P Josh Tomlin
As of June 27, I'm 54-19 with a team batting average of .307. Here are my main lineup's stats so far:
