Ok, I'm not going to be to long with this, just played a few innings in exhibition mode....

All I can say its a smaller version of the PS3, I mean I cant find any major differences, which is a fantastic thing...Game play is the same, I haven't enable to many touch options because I like classic controls..

Now for graphics, My mouth dropped to the floor, game looks beautiful for a handheld..I mean really, anyone who had a complaint out of the gate should get glasses, to me game looks almost Identical to the PS3 version, I mean the stadiums are freaking nice and the players models look just kike the PS3..I'm presently surprised, it exceed my expectations in the graphics department..

I will be back with more, but I will say this is all I ever wanted with a handheld to play my sports game like THIS!!!!

ok I played a few innings....Like others have said this is a fast moving game. Graphics are very similar to the ps3. The crowd seems a little flat (for lack of a better word), but gameplay wise, its great. Prince Fielder took me deep but that was the only hit through 3. What a great resource though to have when traveling or working nights as I start on thursday

I swear the developers got confused with the presentations on the Vita...

I rather have quick play online than off-line.

Pretty much all online games are played with Fast Play mode (though the options are there to use fuller presentation modes).

If I decide I want to see all of the presentations I will probably switch to the PS3 version. I would imagine the people worried about the lack of presentations on the vita version were planning on getting it exclusively.

I don't really mind tbh cause on most games I usually skip through all the presentations.

But adding them for next year is something the devs. gotta work on. The more options available to us the better.

True. But you have to keep in mind the Vita just launched a few weeks ago in the U.S. And the system itself was announced only like 9 months ago.

It amazing how much we expect these days. I played the psp version and though it was great for a handheld, especially with nothing to really compare it to.
Now I'm somewhat disappointed with the lack of presentation everyones talking about. I'm just going to keep in mine that this is just keeping me going until I get home.

I too am a bit disappointed over the lack of presentation. However, I played two games last night while laying in bed after my wife went to sleep. LOVED IT! I've also gotten another game in while at work today. Good stuff!!!

Even without the presentation stuff it still takes 45-60 minutes to get a game in. You still have all of the game "options" that are in the PS3 version, including new pitchers getting their 8 warm up pitches. Yeah, I miss the presentation but everything else is as addicting as ever. Especially with this version of "Road Show."
