41 here. Started out on Atari, Intellivision, ColecoVision, etc.... Then, down through the years, have not missed a Baseball game made for the computer, starting with the Commodore 64 through the PC.

They will have to pry the controller from my hands in the end.

      20 here.

My first game was Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball (1993-4?) on the SNES. Even though they didn't have the MLBPA license, I loved that game.

36 years old and been playing baseball video games since the Commodore 64 and atari.

I used to play those old baseball games and fantasize that it was real. Now with MLB The Show I really don't have to fantasize any more becasue its just so close to the real thing

        GOD BLESS SONY!!!

Turing 44 this month. My first truly addicted baseball video game was Tony LaRussa Baseball on the PC Before that I was strictly a Strato Matic kid and the old Mattel green hand held, you know the one with the blinking red lights. I would set up my own seasons and keep track of stats and everything.

              36. Played all like most others my age on various consoles, but Bases Loaded and Baseball Stars had that special place in my heart. I still play them from time to time.

I'm 24. Been playing baseball games since The mid 90's on the Super Nintendo. I played the All-Star Baseball series, MLB series, MVP series, 2K series and The Show series.

The first baseball game I really remember falling in love with is MLB 2001 (I think. Had Chipper Jones on the cover) on the original Playstation. Then I bought an xbox and fell in love with MVP 04 and 05, then switched to 2K for a couple years. Then I picked up a PS3 and haven't looked back from The Show series since The Show 07, and will continue to buy this game every year that it comes out. Best sports franchise ever IMO.

I'm 27. Been playing The Show series since MLB '07. First baseball game I ever played was Bases Loaded on Nintendo when I was a little kid. I also spent a lot of time with Majors Pro Baseball on Game Gear! Nostalgia! I'll never stop playing video games!

I think they need a "Geezers Only" room online. That way they could shut it down by 10 pm and save some bandwidth.

                                42. And I've already taken Tuesday off so I can drive an hour and a half to pick up The Show. Grown up? Nah. And I'm perfectly okay with that. I think I've had just about every baseball game on every console from the Atari 2600 up. I remember specifically buying a Genesis for the Tommy Lasorda game. High Heat was the first game that ever really grabbed me and showed what could happen when people who really cared about baseball made a video game. It's nice to see it being carried on by SCEA. Can't wait until Tuesday!
