How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Fastforwarded for each inning pitching so that I could bat only. When I went to the strategy screen (where it shows each pitch type thrown) during the 7th inning to check my pitch count my pitcher had only thrown 23 pitches. I checked the pitcher batter matchup screen with the select button and it showed that I had thrown in excess of 80 pitches.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Not sure, I will check

What setting am I looking for? Is it because I am running through a surround sound?

Yes don't use any of the 7 channel PCM options try out the different Dolby options until they come back.

The game setting called Pitch Delay is broken. No matter what option you choose the pitch delay is always the same.

I always play on the slowest pitch delay setting to replicate the speed of real life baseball. I had the setting on Slowest for many games and felt like the game was moving way faster than it ever has in MLB 10 or 11. Therefore I decided to try it at Normal to see if there was any pitch delay difference and sure enough there wasn't. When I tested to see if Normal and Slowest were the same speed I counted how many seconds there were from the end of the closeup of the pitcher or batter, to the delivery of the baseball. It was the same exact for slowest and normal.

Basically every pitcher quick pitches. Whenever I hit X to do one of those fake practice swings in the batters box the pitcher always selects his pitch really quickly and before my batter is even set back up, he delivers the ball. As I said MLB 10 and 11 had pitch delay down perfectly.

Whats the bug?

Target Field Minny and Paul sign doesn't light up during overcast games or night games. (The only reason I'm mentioning this is because I was told by Nemesis that it would now be lit up throughout the game instead of just lighting up when a HR is hit)

I played a night game at Target Field and the sign never lit up once the game progressed into the night. The sign is normally lit up on two occasions. The first is day and night games that are overcast. The second is during night games when it begins to get dark. Normally it goes on about the 5th inning.

Whats the bug?
RTTS, I hit a homerun over the LF fence, in fact, it hit the foul pole. The announcers even proceeded to talk about the homerun, and how it made the score 4-0. BUT the runner didn't run around the bases, and neither did the base runners. Now I have to do the AB all over again, same scenario.

This isn't a bug and it can be fixed simply by turning down the "fielder arm strength" slider. I have it down one notch.

It's also not a bug if it can happen IRL (Raul Mondesi, anyone?)

Bug: Incorrect ERA display on league leader ticker in franchise

Game mode: Franchise

Situation: When the ticker displays the league leading pitchers by ERA it only displays this to the whole number. There are no decimal places...so every players shows as either 1, 2 ERA instead of 1.69, 2.98 etc etc

Repeatable?: Every time this stats is displayed on the in game ticker

When Logan Morrison of the Miami Marlins is batting, Matt Vasgersian will comment on his 2011 season saying he was sent down to Triple-A "Albuquerque." The Isotopes haven't been the Marlins' affiliate since 2008. Logan Morrison was optioned to Triple-A New Orleans Zephers.

i played a spring training game A'S vs dodgers all the players bats were different bright colors pink orange purple yellow they looked like lightsabres!lol

also why on auto baserunning they never steal for me with kemp and gordon have played 3 springtraining games and not one steal attempt by anybody?

also ive picked off 6 baserunners in 3 games this needs to be fixed this is important part of the cat mouse between pitcher and runner.

these are all on franchise and auto baserunning.

Sometimes you will see teams in 1st or within striking distance of a wildcard state they are in rebuilding mode yet make trades for older players and more salary. You will also at times see teams in first trade vets away for a prospect. Here the Diamond Backs traded away their best SP when they were thin at SP.

Had a game that went to the 15th inning. It was dark by the end. Went he highlights showed the replays it went to daylight. This was right because the highlights were from earlier in the game, however when it returned from the highlight package, the stadium was now in daylight.

I just came to the thread to report this same bug. Same scenario for me. Runner on first, the batter hits a ball to 1B, the runner stopped so he wouldn't get hit by the ball, and the 1B tagged him out. The game log just showed "[Batter] walked on 3-2 pitch. [Batter] out" as if he had been picked off or something, and the batter who hit into the FC led off the next inning with no PA charged to him.

Sorry for not using the template.

The 2 issues I have seen are listed below.


1. CPU has a hiccup when pitching, it's like a delay causing me to swing early.

2. Hit a liner to RF, he fumbles it but the camera shoots to the catcher behind 1st base and is stuck, I turned a single into a inside the park homerun due to the camera stuck and the cpu not progressing until i scored.

Whats the bug? In certain double-switches, or when using the bullpen function to schedule the reliever to come in the next inning, the next pitcher comes in with depleted energy and confidence.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? In the case of scheduling the reliever to enter the next inning, it's self-explanatory what I did to trigger it. As for the double-switch side of it, it happens when doing a double-switch following your team's time at bat. To be specific, when you pinch hit for the pitchers spot, then when the game prompts you to replace the pitcher, choosing double-switch at that point. Double-switches performed when your team is in the field seem to work fine.

I've reported the double-switch part of this bug the previous two years, but last year I wasn't able to nail down when exactly it happened versus when it did. I was finally able to find the exact scenario last night, and finding that scheduling the pitcher does the same thing was an accident that helped me nail it down.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Any time I use one of the functions described above.

Whats the bug? I'm in the field. One out. Runners on 1st and third. The runner on first takes off on a hit and run. Line drive caught at first. Thrown to first for the double play. The runner on third crossed the plate beforehand and the run counted.
