How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Situation: Middle of the 7th.

Description: I brought one of my team's relievers in after my starter was pinch hit for. He came out for his warmups just slightly below warm status, and I started throwing warmups. On close pitches to the corners, catcher pointed to first, and the umpire signaled that a non-existent batter went around. This occurred 4 times during the 8 pitch warmup (despite me attempting to throw it down the middle, he was wild!)

How often can the bug be reproduced? Not sure. This didn't happen on the Vita when I brought in relievers, so maybe it's just a problem on the PS3 or even in DD?

Whats the bug? With a runner at first, no matter where I hit the ball the runner always goes back to first.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) SF Giants Franchise

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Happens everytime there is a runner at first only.

How often can the bug be reproduced? 5 out of 5 franchise games

Just assign any number to any player and once you enter the game, they will no longer be wearing that number. It's also kind of strange that the pitchers in the rotaion seem to be numbered in the order that they are in the rotation.
#1 starter will wear #1, #3 starter will wear #3, the ninth guy in the bullpen will have #9...


How often can the bug be reproduced? Every game.

Whats the bug?

This is kind of hard to explain but I'll try my best. On a check swing strike 3 called the catcher had a passed ball. The ball bounced off the catchers shoulder and rolled to the right field wall/backstop. The catcher immediately ran for the ball and threw it to first to throw me out.

The batter (me) was called out by the umpire, and started his "argument" animation, and then walked back to the dugout. So yeah, it was weird. On a passed ball strike 3 it's the same as any dropped ball on strike 3 right? Batter gets to run to first and the catcher has to throw him out?

On another subject I noticed a couple of times that while I held down the throw button firmly the fielder will sometimes start his cancelled throw animation even though I did not repeatedly tap the button. Maybe this was my fault but it alarmed me enough to turn off cancelled throws.

For the first glitch in my description, I don't really know. I think it might have been triggered by my check swing. Maybe that got the CPU A.I. confused. I don't know if I can recreate it. For the second glitch, it happened to me twice, I don't know if it's me, my controller, or if it was glitch.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

I don't know.

Whats the bug?

In "Challenge of the Week" mode, button presses are not always registered. There have been multiple instances where I have tried to swing and nothing happens. I tested it on 3 controllers and each one yields the same result.

I have recreating it multiple times where my batter will just stand there despite me pressing the button to swing.

It has happened at least 3 times in all 5 of my COTW sessions.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
I was up to bat with my player in RTTS. I took the pitch, which was a fastball for a strike (probably). I'm not sure how to explain this but the ball basically looked and sounded like the catcher didn't catch it. It came straight at the screen and I could hear it hit the backstop. The pitcher wandered up to the front of the mound, waiting for a new ball. However, we were stuck like this. None of the buttons I pressed did anything. We were stuck with the pitcher waiting for the ball. The ambient sound was still present, the pitcher was moving around, and I could move around the PCI, but nothing else was happening. When I backed out to the XMB and then back into the game, the ump said "Play ball!", but still nothing happened.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Not sure

Do you have video or pictures? I took a screenshot of my batter standing at the plate and the pitcher waiting for the ball. I don't know how helpful it will be, but I'll post it when I can find a thumb drive.

Whats the bug?
A scoring error. During a Braves vs. Rockies game, Michael Cuddyer popped out to Dan Uggla to end the inning. The game for some reason gave Uggla an error. The game log said "Cuddyer popped out to Uggla to end the inning (E4)".

A CPU vs. CPU game in season mode.

It was a routine fly ball to a 3B in foul territory but was dropped. It was recorded as an error.


How often can the bug be reproduced?

First time I saw in this year's game, but I remember it is a known improperly recorded error in previous iterations.

No. Only if I could use replay vault in Vita...

Whats the bug? If you are pitching online, and either player goes into a pause or strategy menu, when you come out the game has a fastball chosen and, if in the menu long enough, you will also automatically pitch down the middle. Seems to occur most often when going into the bullpen.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Go into the bullpen when playing an online game.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Every time if you spend enough time in the menu.

Miller Park scoreboard is wrong... Where the text is displayed the background color should still be blue (at least I believe so unless they changed it this year??). But it's gray in the game and makes it incredibly difficult to read whats displayed...

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? Exhibition

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? It was random during a batted ground ballwhere the first basemen had to go for a ground ball and the pitcher had to cover...the pitcher and first-baseman were out of position going for the ground ball..when the first-baseman fielded the ball the pitcher glided really fast across the ground so he could be on the bag.
