Played a game with captions on (OD Cards/Marlins), ended in extra innings (12). Matt said as they went to highlights "Geez, you think we can find a cab at this hour?" Cab was spelt "cap" in the caption.

How often?
Any time Matt says it after a game ends in extras.

Whats the bug? Intentionally throwing a wild pitch behind the batter results in a passed ball being ruled.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) Gameplay

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I throw a slider as far behind the batter as I can. It should be ruled a wild pitch when it goes behind the batter like that, but the game rules it a passed ball.

Happened while editing logos on team uniforms, specifically the away caps.

Just to add to this - during Spring Training all games commence at 1:05. There are no evening games scheduled as has been the case in past iterations.

As the other guys have said there needs to be a mixture of evening/night/day games both mid-week and during the weekend, certainly for the regular season. Also the Cubs having the majority of afternoon games needs to be taken into account.

Disappointed about this as it's the same bug that affected the game a couple of yrs ago...going to hang on beginning any franchise until this is fixed...just in case we need to restart our franchise to pick up the fix.

Hopefully the regular season/spring training start times can be fixed for the next patch

Whats the bug?
Dropped 3rd strike that bounced into the catchers glove. Cather froze and I was unable to throw the ball or move the catcher. My online opponent was able to run around the bases and score, and there was not a thing I can do. Talk about sportsmanship. I lost in the 15th inning as a result.

Timing is off online. To catch up with a fastball, I have to start swing as soon as pitcher releases the ball. Needless to say, not seeing many deep counts.

i hit a single that was bobbled by the outfielder that was ruled an error even though i didnt advance past 1st on the play

i hit a single that landed in front of the LF he juggled after it hit the ground when he went to field it. I didnt advance it should have ruled it a single instead it was ruled an error and i didnt get credit for the hit next time up i was 0-1 with a groundout

Tried to create a team, the system froze (saiid "creating team", music stopped immediately), rebooted and tried again to create a team and the team I just tried to create now says the name is already taken.

How often?
Probably every time you try to create a team and it freezes during that process.

Every time I go into Diamond Dynasty, sometimes right away or sometimes in a few minutes (even in the menus), the loading icon comes up in the bottom right and then continuously goes on and off (loading,loaded,loading,loaded, etc). While it's doing this, the UI is EXTREMELY sluggish. If I manage to make it into a game, I get "hitches" in the game. If I back out of Diamond Dynasty, it still happens in the menu. If I open the XMB (still in the game though), the XMB is sluggish too, since it's still doing the loading thing in the game which is still running). The only way to go back to normal is to exit the game completely.

At the end of the inning, when Matt V is transitioning to next inning he gets cut off as it fades to black to the next inning. So for example I make last out, and he will say something like "And thats the 3rd out, heading to the 4th with the Yankees leading 2 to...." And then it gets cut off because the screen fades to black.

Its like the scene ends too soon, and cuts off audio.

During every night game at Yankee Stadium, when a right handed batter walks to the plate and you can see the Yankee Stadium concourse, the background environment is flickering back and forth between black and what the concourse ceiling should look like.

Every night game at New Yankee Stadium in any mode (exhibition, franchise, etc)

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Just select to play in Yankee Stadium at night and wait for a right handed batter to come to the plate with an animation that shows the concourse in the background.

I got a base hit with Jaime Garcia at Sportsman's park and it was cold outside, next AB I noticed the ear flap on his helmets had switched sides. I also drove in a couple of runs with Colby Rasmus, next AB I noticed he had a righty helmet on.

Not quite sure yet, will edit when I get more info.

Edit: All I can say is that it happens a lot.

Edit: Now that we are into May, I can say that it happens every time a LHB reaches base.

Players retire mid contract. Many times players that are older retire due to age with time left on contracts. Was addressed in previous versions.

Players traded multiple times in same season. Was patched in 10 or 11 to prevent MLB from being traded multiple times in same season.
