Not sure if this should go in the Q&A thread or not, but here goes...


Did they fix the glitch for SP's in year 2 and beyond? When you were introduced in the game in the bottom of the first (as the home team obviously) they would act like you were a relief pitcher coming into the game and not a starting pitcher, so there was no commentary about previous appearances or anything it was just "and now entering the game from the pen is so and so"

I'm still gonna pick this up in a few days but that was a huge buzzkill last year.

Spent my whole first season in AA. Missed the last month and a half plus the playoffs though. Finished the season with 298 b.a 14 hr and 65 rbi. Got offered a new contract as AAA starter no spring training invite. First game in AAA hit a bomb to RF!

I wanna start RTTS, but should I wait until the OSFM or what(I'm waiting for it for franchise).

I'm not gonna restart RTTS once I start playing, so if I start playing before the OSFM comes out, I'm not starting over once they come out.

Rossi #10 1B/RF drafted by the Indians and got traded to the pirates. Got called up to the bigs in 2 years. Batted 350 in the minors, just gotta do the advancement goals and u will get called up faster.

Played Kenny Powers for a few hours the past couple days, worked hard in AAA in his 2nd season and the orioles purchased his contract mid august. Got shelled his first few starts lol but signed a 1 year contract to be the MLB ace. can't wait to start on spring training.

also gonna start working on a strikeout reel for him because kenny powers is just awesome.

Went on a tear out of nowhere, hitting I believe .336 after starting cold in AAA batting .240
Also I smiled a bit when I heard Karros mention that I hit a homerun last night and today (I was on a homerun streak, hitting 3 in a series, and then 2 in the next)

So far my stats are .336 7homeruns and 28 RBIs
close to 110 at bats with only 4 strike outs and 1 walk lol

I'm playing as a 1B in Triple-A for the Mariners and I just got traded in a 1 for 1 trade for Joe Mauer to the Twins. Terrible trade logic, or I'm that much of a hot commodity and Mauer must have been doing terrible.

1-16 the last 4 games.... so frustrating... so so frustrating right now... batting .249 in MLB

Especially when i guess correctly. have perfect stride, perfect timing, 'solid contact' and pop it up or ground out weakly. And in the contact training, hitting one off the fence and failing cuz of 'poor contact' when it says i had superb/solid contact on the feedback...

Try to get away from the guess pitch feature if you could or only use it when your up in the count. I know it's hard not to use it but the penalty for guessing wrong makes your hitting circle much smaller, therefore making it harder to make contact. Hope that helps.

generally i guess FB inside for the most part, cuz i have a hell of a time turning on inside FB's. but if they are throwing me away i'll sit outside, it's worked out well for the most part. I just chase a lot and can't for the life of me hit high FB's... way behind all of em for weak pop-ups... then when i guess right and it's 'OMG HR TIME' i turn on it too hard and kill someone in the stands foul...

Also the 'good and greate' stuff for hitting doesn't make sense. RBI single... 'good at bat'... HR 'good at bat' 15 pitch single 'GREAT AT BAT'... doesnt' make sense.. also i'm a 1B.. why does it KEEP on making arm accuracy and strength my goal stats... just doesn't make sense either. And my current stat goals are 8 HR and 8 BB, HR MAYBE can get.. but 8 walks.. come on now.. this is humans playing :P
