        Mets Franchise using Knights Rosters

I was looking at this Trade:

        Rangers get
        Fernando Rodney
        Damaso Marte
LF hitting 300 in AA C potential

        Mets get
        Mike Olt

Olt is a B potential in this game. I realize it looks bad but I'm looking at it from the stand point that in MLB we see team trade prospects for what could end being rentals. Examples are..C.C Sabathia when he was traded to the Brewers or Cliff Lee when he went to the Rangers. Olt is not a top prospect in this game. Rangers where willing to trade him for anyone on my roster but I wanted to make it fair. Im giving them relievers because it says there team seeks relievers.

Fair or not? Comments and Feedback are appreciated.

        Thanks

Anything u think I can add? In terms of veteran starter or young hitter or pitcher?

I have a C potential power hitting 3rd baseman I could give them back.

When the price goes down ill prob do the angels. Even though im a yankee fan doing a franchise with them can get boring just because of how much u play the AL east. Ill prob trade away kendrick for like a omar infante and prob trade pujols for miguel cabrera. Then ill try to get middlebrooks. Ill also prob trade away wells for a prospect. I might do more but idk yet.

                    That's unrealistic AND unfair.

I'm nearing in on the All-Star break in my A's franchise and I'm 4 games behind in the Wild Card race. I'm thinking of upgrading either SS or 3B as neither Inge nor Pennington are playing too well. Pennington has been a bit better with both the bat and his glove, so the options I'm looking at are either Headley from the Padres (.244 with 9 HRs and 28 RBIs) or Wright from the Mets (.295 with 9 HRs and 44 RBIs). What would be a fair deal for either of them?

Two C's for Headley, Wright isn't going anywhere.

Have you considered Jimmy Rollins and Yunel Escobar?

The Phillies are still very much in the race for their division so I'm thinking Rollins is a no. Escobar's an option I'd be interested in. Any suggestions? I've got an abundance of starting pitching as well (I plan on bringing Anderson back in the second half, as the A's seem to be doing in real life), but the only one I'm really willing to shop is Colon.

So trading pujols for cabrera and dumping salaries for prospects is unfair?. Plz elaborate more cause ur reply doesnt say anything.

Batting a measly .223 with 2 homers and 30 RBIs.
