What could I get for a 26 year old Cameron Maybin? I'm in the 2013-2014 offseason in my Padres Franchise. He's posted a .256 batting average in 2012 and a .267 average in 2013. He still has 2 years left on a club friendly contract as well.
I've heard that sound 3 times... once was Babe Ruth, the second was Josh Gibson, and the third was Bo Jackson- Buck O'Neil

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Wondering what I could get for Matt Joyce. He is having a down year at .225 13 hr 32 rbi in 262ab. He has only played in 42 games, because I benched him. It is the final day of regular season, so it would have to be done in offseason. He does have A pot(using sony rosters with Scott's prospects added in), so he sould get better. I recently got Oscar Taveras from the Red Sox(got him for David Ortiz, who is hitting .294 with 44hr and 109 rbi for 1st place Cards, so it seems good. I traded an 18 yo pitcher with maxed out pot, an 18 yo Catcher with high A pot, and a high B pot 1st baseman, with 85/73 power numbers. So A)is the Taveras to my Rays a fair deal, and B) what could I get for Joyce.
I like Chris Davis(.261 32hr 87rbi, 92/66 power numbers), and considering Baltimore is 16gb in WC, they need help(even though the WC winners were the rangers with 101 wins!!! Angels had 107!!) Thanks for input!!!"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Not a lot... I'd wait to see how he plays up to June/July. If he can continue that, he'll be very valuable."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Agreed. Crawford could potentially be valuable if he keeps up that production into June/July. But 11 games in anyone can look like an All-Star. Hell, Alex Gonzalez looked amazing for me in the first 11 games of 2013 with about a .600 average and 3 HRs...then he chit the bed and ended up with .240 average, 10 HR, and 50ish RBI over about 140 games.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

What could I get for Nick Markakis? I'm in the month of June in season 2015, playing as the Yankees. I need to drop 5.9M to get a payroll under 100M! Would like to have a minor leaguer called up, he's hitting around .285-.300 in the beginning of June.."The most amazing things that can happen to a human being will happen to you if you just lower your expectations."Comment

I started a new franchise as the athletics (currently 2-5) but I need some offense...in the outfield. Does anyone know of a good hitting outfielder that would be fair to get in a trade? And also what would said person cost?Mets, Giants, Rangers, and the Aggies
