I would say 1 mid B, 1 low B, and a mid C.
I can get you more of a detailed trade when I get to my PS3.
    i REALLY appreciate your help

I seriously disapprove of this. Two c's at most. And I like the Cubs, so I may be being a little generous.

I would be open to suggestions. I said mid B, low B, mid C, because they are battling for the division, he's in the line-up against righties...
        Maybe a mid B, high C instead?

Any trade for Tyler Colvin that involves a B is lopsided.

Low C, mid C, high C? That seems about right.

I believe Colvin is a mid-B in the game. Wouldn't you think they would want to get similar value for a starter on a playoff team? And considering they just traded for him this past offseason...

EDIT: Another thing is he said the Rockies are weak at 1B and Colvin can play every outfield spot and 1B.

He's 27, though. Personally, I think that colvin isn't much of an option in comparison to others.

Interesting idea: Adam Dunn and a C?

Very interesting idea haha. Maybe Adam Dunn and decent MLB ready relief pitcher? I'm not sure who the White Sox have for RP.

Adam Dunn and Brett Myers for Tyler Colvin and Josh Roenicke?

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread

Here's the rub, COL has a chance and he is their 4th OF, platoons against lefties and is the same role I'll use him in basically. However, they don't have options for a 5th OF on their depth chart AND they are trying to be in contention. I'd have to give them somebody that helps keep them in contention/replaces Colvin and a prospect most likely.

That's why I was thinking a 1B prospect that they seem to want and I can give them OF depth with two of Fukudome/Danks/Short. Fukudome and Danks are both LHH, both good defense, Danks more contact & youth Fukudome a bit better D and power. Short is RHH, good tools but not great and around the same potential as Colvin.

Dunn is tied for the lead in HR's and has been clutch with most K's coming with 0 on 2 out. He's not going anywhere.

Adam Dunn, Brett Myers for Tyler Colvin and Carlos Torres or Edgmer Escalona?

I can't see the Rockies trading Roenicke while in a playoff chase. He was very good this year for them... he got taken off waivers recently though
It depends what their stats are like.

                        Well, let's forget about Dunn.

Youkilis and Myers for Colvin and ____?

Agreed, Dunn is out haha. Don't you think they would want a 4th outfielder to replace Colvin? I don't think rjackson has Youkilis.

I would say Fukudome but why would they trade a 27 year who's doing fairly well for a 35 year old? I think they would want an outfielder with a little power but I don't see Fukudome being a fit...

                            Two trades:

De Aza + Myers for Colvin + ___

                            Youkillis + Danks for Colvin + ____

I don't have either of those guys. Think CHiSox in May prior to any moves--that's my roster. I have an abundance of RP's having good years including Septimo who is definitely one helluva good looking LOOGY, those guys I've mentioned, a C+ 1B prospect who is 23 in AA, a few B pitching prospects like Molina, Castro, Stewart, oh, and a Gavin Floyd with a 6.75 ERA!

I see your point. Danks is a downgrade (not significant but still), Short would upgrade the 5th OF, and a C+ 1B prospect?
