    Skip Schumaker

Stance and routine need to be updated.

After every pitch he steps out, leans the bat against this leg, adjusts his batting gloves, steps back in and takes a practice swing.

Eh, looks pretty good to me.

        Player: Alfonso Soriano

        What needs to be fixed:
Way less bat movement and more crouched over. One handed follow through. If memory serves me correctly his previous stance wouldn't be bad if you just did away with all the movement in his bat.

        Player: Geovany Soto

        What needs to be fixed:

His current stance is way too crouched. He needs to be more upright. Similar to Brett Gardner's in game stance.

Maybe its a bad angle, but his foot in literally an inch from his back foot. In the game its just too spread out.

Sorry don't have a picture but Justin Upton's front foot is no longer closer to the plate.

              Player: Martin Prado

What needs to be fixed: in game he balances on the toes of his front foot, noticed watching the game yesterday that his front foot is flat now in his stance...

Josh Hamilton- Hamilton doesn't hold his hands where the game has him holding them. In fact, the stance form josh Hamilton was correct in the 2010 version of the game and then last year it was changed to what he has currently. The closest I could find to him this year is Pedro Alvarez. Hamilton's bat should rest on his shoulder before the pitch with his knees slightly bent. As I said, if you just brought his stance from 2010 back it would be perfect.

Yea that Evan Longoria Picture is a bad angle and it doesn't tell the whole story. In game he wiggles the bat way to much. He doesn't do that in real life. His bat is very calm. Plus he changed his stance this year. This is his new stance on the left

Here's a video for reference: http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play****p?c...97547&c_id=mlb (In the meantime if I find a better one I'll post it as well.) Dioner Navarro's stance is closer than Prado's personal stance, but Prado is more upright, and holds his hands parallel to his head.

Brett Lawrie - needs to have bat going upright as he goes into his stride.

Jose Bautista - He needs to be alot more crouched and legs open a tad. Follow Through is good though.

Edwin Encarnacion - This year he changed his stance and is near Identical to the stance you guys have for Jose Molina. hands out in fron with bat upright than hands back with a violent stride and hack.

Colby Rasmus - Relatively the same just not as big of a leg kick

Actually look at Matt Stairs for Edwin Encarnacion, it's much more like his stance now. Later

                          Player: Freddie Freeman

Stance: More upright like Gen 159 but without the high leg-kick...2-handed swing is also necessary.

What needs to be fixed: He's gone to the full wind-up in order to slow down his mechanics. The rest of his delivery seems the same.

                            Delivery sans windup:

                            Delivery with windup:

                                J. Tabata (center J. Castros stance properly and add Vlads hands)
Neil Walker and Mark Trumbos stances are mixed up. Walker should have Trumbos stance and vice versa.
Neil Walker's upper body shouldn't be slightly turned. There are several other changes to Neil Walker but I feel like nobody from SCEA reads this or cares.
Yes, McCutchen's open.. but Tabata's stance on the game is really good... but this year he's less in the crouch and standing up more.

MARK TRUMBO AND NEIL WALKER are not swapped. MARK TRUMBO, NEIL WALKER, AND CLINT BARMES are switched. The "Clint Barmes" stance should be Neil Walker... he does the twitching like Walker does. Trumbo should have the "Walker" stance, Barmes should have the "Trumbo" stance, and Walker should have the "Barmes" stance.

Noboby wants to include Barmes in this swap.. but the twitching is most clearly Neil Walker... he does that every at bat, there is no way it wouldn't have been included.

Also... I think the generic stances need an update. Before the pitch.. if you press X to take the bat off the should and do the little deal over the plate... in any stance that is crouched... they stand up to do that... then oddly crouch back down. Just let them do the bat movement while down.

NEIL WALKER's STANCE is the "CLINT BARMES" stance... NOT TRUMBO! The stance is great... just needs fixed.
