I keep waiting to lose interest but I don't which is what I call a great game when it does that for me! and I work full time 5 days a week I rush to get dinner made just so i can sit down and knockout 2 games a night min. The fact that every game is based on gameplay is amazing

Ive only had 1 no hitter so far too which was Cahill for Dbacks

Re: Playing every game during the season

Back to work from vacation. Had a great time getting away. managed to get a few games in last night before bed. 92 down 2338 to go!

i just pick who i want to play when the game comes up. if i like 1 pitcher more than the other then i pick that team, if one team is playing better than the other team then i might pick that team, if i like 1 lineup a lot i might pick that team. because i have the sliders set up so good in my opinion i honestly have no advantage over the CPU so i never feel bad for picking one team more than the other.

right now i believe Cargo in Colorado is leading baseball in AVG hitting over .500 but i would have to double check when i get home. i havent been paying that much attention to the leaders as of yet seeing as most teams only have 6 or 7 games in.

can't remmeber when it starts showing hot and cold players do you?

Do you fiddle with the rosters too? one of the problems i find with this is that having to play so many games we can't create players to put in teams, for example Rich Thompson isn't in the roster file I had when I started the season up.

I try to change things around like it is in real life like Trout I put in for the Angels and he didn't play the first few games

After spring training i went through and set every teams roster and lineup the way i wanted them. i do change the lineup each game for the team i am playing if someone has been off to a good or bad start. the thing i find hard to keep up with is when the day ends and you go to the next day and there are minor league injuries you have to account for. usually if its a minor injury i just keep the player active. only when its a serious injury do i go in and change the minor league roster

only had about an hour to play last ngiht and didnt finish a game but am in the 8th inning of a good one between the Brewers and Braves. Minor started for the braves after not allowing an earned run in his first start and went 7 giving up only 1 run and 5 hits. Wolf started for the Brewers and also only gave up 1 run but only went 6+. tied at 1 when i saved it, will finish tonight

This sounds incredibly hard to do! But good luck! I find it difficult to play all 162 in my Nats franchise haha.

after i got home from the gym i picked this game back up. Martin Prado hit a homer in the bottom of the 8th, to put the Braves up 2-1. Brought Kimbrel in for the save and he promptly gave up a pinch hit single to Aramis Ramirez to blow the save in the top of the 9th. the computer then proceeded to put Corey Patterson in to catch after a switch had been made the inning before. i havent gone back to the box score to see if they had used their back up catcher alerady but this move seemed odd to me. Jason Heyward started off the bottom of the 9th with a single, then stole 2nd base on the first pitch, and then Chipper drove him home to win the game 3-2

                            103 down 2327 to go!

This is very interesting and something that sounds very fun to do. Something I may do now since we have a 6 month old and all my money goes to my little man. Although I can't do anything because I have the flashing red light thing on my PS3 so I haven't been able to play in weeks! Anyone who knows how to fix this please let me know.
