I read if your franchise is past the all-star break but before the playoffs it will freeze. If you are before the all-star break everything should be fine.

Mine was totally fine but then again I just started one and was only 2 games in.

I'm assuming yes, but does this include people that only have the opening day patch?

I skipped 1.06, and am in May running a single team franchise. Am I presumably okay (keeping in mind I NEVER patched outside of the release day patch)?

Shouldn't need to be said, if we had a civil society.

It's the anonymity of the internet. People feel they can say things to people that they would never say in person, because they feel there are no repercussions.

That and people around here have this insane sense of entitlement, which leads them to believe everyone should drop everything to solve their problems immediately. Used to not be a problem in the Show forums, but unfortunately that seems to have changed.

I miss the days when OS was just a handful of us.

I'm in the minority here, but I am having no problems with the patch. However, I just bought the game and I had no saves on the game. Hadd two 6K packs of RTTS points and no freezing in RTTS.

?? so we have no right to be unhappy if we purchase a game and then after putting hours into it, it gets ruined because of a patch?? i only feel entitled to play the game i bought. not looking for anything extra here. noone is complaining anymore now that we now its being taken care of. how bout all the "relax people', relax. everyone is calm now

This is not a forum run by SCEA. If you have an issue with them, contact them. If you want to share your experience and give feed back and not demand information from a specific company then Id say youre in the right place. SCEA has no obligation to any of us here and we need to realize this is not SCEA SD help hotline where all your questions and complaints get addressed. Things are moving along now but understand frustration but not the reactions.

What they don't understand is, poor behavior and etiquette when dealing with the devs just ends up making them not want to interact with their user base. We've gotten a lot of features implemented in to the game because of our direct interaction with the devs. We've also squashed a lot of bugs over the years because of that.

I would hate to see our little community ruined like so many of the others at OS, because a bunch of new posters showed up and made it unbearable for all.

ok, not to sound like a broken record, I just want to get this straight.

Has anyone who started a franchise AFTER patch 1.06 gotten any weird glitches, like the mega losses glitch? Or is that just happening with the franchises that were started BEFORE patch 1.06?

again, sorry to ask again, I am just a little unsure and want to be certain.

FYI, not that its any of your business, but I dont even know the guy, but I liked his comment because he has the right to express his opinion especially when something that is supposed to fix issues only creates more.

Many people want answers so they come here to get them because they know nowhere else to go.
Instead of strong arming people and bullying them into silence, its much more productive to explain to them the process respectfully so they dont repeat the same mistake again.

I have no issues with the Devs nor the game.
I understand that there is an incredible amount of data necessary to fix any one given issue.
But to essentially tell people to shut up and be patient is not the solution.

Also, what does the length that someone has been here have to do with anything?You could be here one day and be very informative, or you could have been here years and you ad nothing to the discussion.I never got the argument about "blah blah blah youve only been here a couple days so shut your mouth!"

A strength of scea is also turning out to be a weakness. They listen to the community way to much...implement new features that don't work properly. Before adding new features simply fix the ones that have been in since 09. Now is obviously coming back to bite them...fixing one things breaks another...I said this before the game came out.
It is outrageous that people are deep in their franchises and cannot continue ...it is nearly may and most people r afraid to play the game. That is a problem. Plain and simple.
