As far as I'm concerned, I didn't have any freezes yet and I'm pretty sure the problem got fixed.

But that ugly, annoying and very inconceivable decimal bug (game ticker) still exists! Please SCEA, don't tell us you won't take care of this issue that was created thru a patch(!)

I'm trying to check, but as a member of the AL East it's practically impossible to make the playoffs by simming.

Well I did make the playoffs.

Isn't the trade deadline July 31st? I was receiving trade offers from other teams all throughout august.

Anyway the playoff thing is confirmed. It's nothing like it was before though. There's no blank box scores or game freezes. This time the games are literally not even listed. If you go to any particular date, you can view "Today's Games" or "Organization's Games"... either way, the list is blank, and there are no games to look at, despite you picking a day you clearly played a game on. Also the "View box scores" option doesn't appear at all. I'll post screenshots in a few.

I saved this playoff experiment as a separate file, should I PM it to Russell? Too bad we can't name our franchise files, or else I'd name it "DON'T DELETE" or something.

Anyway just to make it clear, you can play the playoff games no problem, but once they are completed, they magically disappear from existence. I simmed to the end of the series and I still got eliminated appropriately, so wins/losses are not "lost," just the games are.

The Non-Waiver Trade Deadline is July 31st. Teams can still trade until August 31st, but each player must pass through Waivers first.

I started a Season mode after 1.16 was installed. I recall someone mentioning a lack of balls hit off the pitcher. Well, in the few games I've played, there have been shots off the pitcher, and happened 2-3 times for me in the last game played. What I saw for the first time is a ball hit very slowly past my pitcher, auto fielding, and he just stood there looking at the ball as it slowly moved past him, and I mean very slow.

He stood there like it was an object from outer space and was afraid to go near it--he never moved at all. Of course it went for a single. Anyway, I've played quite a few games before this patch and never saw that happen. Now, it could be something that rarely occurs and it happened, don't know.

I don't play online or RTTS, just season or franchise.

Thanks, guys. I thought it might be a unique problem I was having, but apparently not. And yes, you can still play the playoff games, they just don't show up as they should once they've been completed. I tried all combinations I could, old franchises, new ones, all kinds of rosters, definitely seems to be unavoidable. Appreciate y'all getting this info to the people who can (maybe) do something about it.

I ran into this a day or two ago in my restarted franchise and I didn't know what to think. I wasn't sure if there just wasn't box scores for playoff games but apparently that's not the case.

Any word on how Leagues are affected by this patch? I have been told by members that they're starting to see alot of "Waiting for Host" challenge failures. No one in my league reported a single one pre-patch.

Okay here is my observation/impressions, I installed the new patch 1.16 this am and played 6 or so RTTS games with no problems. In one of those games now all of a sudden I get two bloop singles one to center and one to right of which I had not seen playing before which very nice and unexpected, so far no problems. I am in May 2015 with the Marlins so I simmed past the All Star game to the end of my RTTS season with no freezes then onto the post season and to the next spring 2016 and still no problems, I hope that it continues. Really this game is awesome I enjoy it very much.
Note : I don't play franchise or online ( just Season and RTTS only )
