Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012
Others asked me to get the thread back on track, so I'm doing so. I hope no one takes it personally.
The way that I wrote the guide for is the most benefit for all involved. When we get off how we were doing things, we run into issues and possible hurt feelings, and then we get off track and the thread's purpose doesn't get accomplished for five pages.
Also, see the edit on my last post and try that in Tap-A-Talk... that's how I bold every time anyways...
edit: and no, no word on my CPU. It's probably toasted.I'm just an old guy sports gamer...Comment

I don't think anyone currently is part of the problem. I think the thread has veered off track in spots, and we need to get back on it -- collectively.

Just want to inform you that I was able to find Pedro Alvarez, for some reason he doesn't show up in the manage roster page, but he's there in the trade room. His stats are as followed.
.214/.303/.536 2HR 7RBI..... This is in 10 games at the AAA level.
Unfortunately, I was not able to review our scouting data on your club last night. If you have a chance today to throw a few names at me along with some info, I should be able to give you an answer this evening. Apologies for any inconvenience.Comment

Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012
dont feel too left out....i've had one inquiry regarding an Astros player which is surprising because i assume the Astros would stink in everybody's franchises so guys would come running to them for a vet or twoLast edited by 37; 06-21-2012, 09:29 AM.Steelers | Seminoles | A's | Rockets | Avalanche | Wildcats, Hoosiers | LiverpoolComment

That's assuming you have GOOD vets.... lolololol.... If you still had Pence I'd be all over it though."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012
I don't know, but when you get to the editor to put in your message, do you see a "B/I/U" anywhere, because if you do it is bold/italic/underline...
Regardless, you have an excuse.. and I'm more wanting to stress that people need to leave an OFFER instead of expecting the representative to make their trade for them.
You definitely aren't part of the problem, my friend.
EDIT: DUH -- type [ B ] and [ /B ] only put the brackets next to the letters when typing the message. That will bold it."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012
Lee and Rodriguez would be two good vets and depending on Myers, Lyon, Lowrie, i think the Astros have a few decent trading chips that would entice a playoff contenderSteelers | Seminoles | A's | Rockets | Avalanche | Wildcats, Hoosiers | LiverpoolComment

Zimmerman, Ramos, Morse, Gonzalez, Jackson, Lidge, Desmond, Espinosa, LaRoche, Lannan, Clippard, Lombardozzi, Moore, Rendon, all solid guys to help out any teamComment

Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012
Oh please, I've seen your posts about Myers..... Lyon's a bit overrated, Lowrie is decent, Rodriguez would probably get crushed in a semi-tough division (which is why I haven't asked about him- AL East. Sigh...), but Carlos Lee is a little bit intriguing."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012
Myers stinks for me but in another person's franchise, he might actually be halfway decent...same with Lyon...u tellin me u wouldn't trade for Wandy as a middle/back-end of the rotation starter if u was in a playoff chase? lolSteelers | Seminoles | A's | Rockets | Avalanche | Wildcats, Hoosiers | LiverpoolComment
