And of course I forgot one more thing

    - Will there be an ability to import players into a franchise that is already started?

Did that make it in the game?

        Thanks Knight! And, others...

1- Will features from "11" (that were missing in "12") be again present in "13"? Ex: accumulating "K's" @ AT&T's brick wall vanished in "12"

2- probably shouldn't ask, as you're certain to check & report back... But, will there be "enhanced" line-up logic once completing (or fast forwarding) spring training?

3- how will "13" slider effects differ (or not differ) from "12"? IE: will "12"sliders play the same way in "13"

COULD go on & on here, but won't ;-)

        Thanks again...

When and where is community day? And can just anyone go or do you need some sort of invite?

              - Will the "training" aspect be different this year? Rather than just "check marks" and not knowing what each one specifically does for each player.

-Any change to "scouting reports" on players?

-Any change to the process of scouting players for the upcoming drafts?

-Will there be the possibility to re-sign players mid-season?

                Hey Knight

Please check and see if the boxscore is available once the playoffs start.

MLB12 did not have the boxscore when the game was completed from the schedule menu. The previous versions of The Show the boxscore was available when the playoff game was completed.

If you see any additional stat options like extended boxscore, career franchise stats, announcers reporting relevent stats etc. at the CD event, please share with us.

                thanks

In Franchise (and in general) will we finally have the option for open and closed roofs? If so will weather play a factor. For example in Seattle if it's raining or cloudy or even a chance of rain the roof should automatically be closed, or in Arizona during the summer months the roof is always closed due too the extreme AZ heat and monsoon season. Thanks

                    - Will the CPU controlled teams call up and send down players due to performance/other reasons(if there could be any in a video game), or is it still just for injury only?

                    Thank you, Knight!

                          - Is there any way to block out numbers that are assigned to players that are called up? For example, when I call up a player from the minors, in the past, he has been assigned the same number as a manager or base coach. I'd like a way to block out numbers I wouldn't want a player to use.

                          - Any chance of a create-a-manager/coach?

                          - Are budgets and salaries closer to real-life? Possibly editable budgets and salaries?

                          - Are the off-season free agent signings any different? Could they add preferences for players on where they choose to sign? For example, some have preference for NY, some for West Coast teams, some close to their hometown, etc.

                          - Have they added no trade clauses to contracts?

                          - Any changes to player progression for minor leaguers? Having "safe" prospects with low ceiling/high floor and risky high ceiling prospects that could completely bust would be incredible.

There is another problem I come across regarding numbers, especially in Franchise and RTTS.

When it comes to creating rosters, guys like to assign high numbers to players on the 40 man roster who are constantly called up and sent down, just like in real life. I also like to assing high numbers to the same guys, (and maybe even my non-roster invitees in 13).

I'm fine with manually changing the numbers of my own players, but the problem comes in when these guys on other teams are permanently called up to the Majors or are sent back down to AAA after Spring or during the year. More so for the first situation, though. Three or four years into RTTS or Franchise, there are quite a few guys wearing numbers in the 60s or 70s playing MLB.

I think it would work if there was an option for a secondary number to go along with the preferred number option. This secondary number would be triggered for any player in the Majors with less than 1 year of Major League experience. Also this way, if you send a guy back down, they won't be playing MiLB with a high number either.

For example, the roster creators could give guys like Trevor Rosenthal #64 as their secondary number. Then once he passes that 1 year in MLB threshold, the preferred number will take over and it won't look goofy if he ever makes it to the All-Star Game. He will instead wear #43 instead of #64.

                              - Are there any additional options in editor that helps in making players who have appeared in the majors already? (service time, stats, etc...)

                              - Any substantial changes to coaches (Hiring, firing, editing)

                              - Any info on the new players progression system?

                              - Any changes in player contracts? (editable pre-franchise, more realistic options [lots of 1 year deals, a few multi year deals, minor league deals]

                              - Any changes to the retirement system?
