Check for more stat overlays, enhanced boxscore, career stats that carry over yr to yr. Also anything you notice that is new in franchise mode.

• Will the NL standings be reflected by flags above the Wrigley Field scoreboard? Small thing, but would be cool. At least team flags being present, not necessarily live standings would be a nice addition.

• Does the in between innings Due Up overlay for the 3 batters have the 0 for 1, 1 for 1, 0 for 2 under their name or photos?
• The only question I care to know is, will we be able to watch our team play in Road to the Show when we are not playing. For example, I want to play as a starting pitcher but I'd like the option to watch the game (or just the result plays) of my team in games in which I am not playing.

Runs in native res.

I played a full game which was game five of the World Series. The build was two weeks old so when I won the World Series I did not see any celebrations or anything.

Yes there were players in the dugout and I even think I saw the manager.
There will be some replays.
There is no option to turn off quick play.

Basically just if there's any new ones. We've had the same swing animations for what seems like an eternity but I'll be as specific as I can get:

1.) In the reveal trailer, there's a new animation for right handed batters who swing with one hand (looks like Jose Bautista's home run celebration). Are there any others? Specifically for right handed batters with one handed swigs because not a lot of people swing the way the new animation looks and it would be unfortunate if everyone now swings like this.

2.) If you come across any no doubt homers, how do the celebrations look?

3.) Is the addition of the new commentary guy a stop gap, with Matty V having the same lines as he has had (some of which have been in since MLB 06 The Show) or did they totally rerecord the commentary? And if it is a stop gap, how does it flow between the guys in the booth? Do they interact, like the guys from the other game and a real broadcast, or is it still Matty V - Insert color commentary line here - slience as it has been for the last few years?

Anything you come across that's new would be awesome to hear as well.

I only got to play the game for little while but I did hit a no doubter with Josh Hamilton. It was on quickplay so I didn't see any celebration.

He does have new recordings but there are no announcers in the console build at CES. I did hear the commentary on the Vita version though. Steve Lyons sounded pretty good from what I heard.

Looking forward to your hands-on impressions and thanks for your efforts! I'm interested in any changes to pulse pitching, both in how it looks (new graphic?) and works (effort?). Also, I believe there is a new throwing meter, so impressions of that would be great.

Yes, all of the pitching has new art. There will be more walks.

I did not get to check out any of the pitching yet or the throwing meter. I will have more time with the game tomorrow.

No it's just simply a Nike logo.

There are new handed swings you can choose and some new accessories.
