    2) Has free-agency been improved upon this year? The last couple of games, there were hardly any big name players to sign which made the offseason feel a bit barren.
He had no idea what you're talking about so please be more detailed.

It has been improved a little.

I can expand on this - last year, quite a few hitters who have one-handed follow throughs in real life would follow through with two hands. I think A-Rod, Kemp, Pujols, and some other big name players had this issue.

Yes literally on every ball hit to the outfield by a right handed batter, the batter would follow through with 2 hands, regardless of if their natural follow through is with one hand, like the guys mentioned above.

I will get to play more of the game so tomorrow so I'll answer then.

Doesn't know what you mean about the LED screens.

                  Will this picture do?
That's disappointing about the no to Pitch Count always on screen and no new Home Run info overlay like you see on real tv baseball broadcasts. But with all the new things that have been added including a lot of my requests from last year there is no way I am going to complain Hopfully these 2 things Sony is planning to add when they are ready maybe MLB 14 The Show perhaps.

As far as your screenshot of Citizens Bank Park I see that its still wrong.

FreezTime here is screenshot showing how the right field pitcher stats LED and scoreboard in the upper deck should look.

Again thanks for all your info

I don't own a Vita and barely got the play last years version but I was very impressed playing this year's version. It felt a lot like the console version. I was impressed and I was playing a two week old build.

Feeeze. First, let me thank you for the time you are taking out to answer all our questions. Here are a few of my questions...

                      1) I noticed in the video that the catcher no longer throws the ball back to the pitcher after a pitch. Has this been completely removed from the game or is this just connected with fast play & if a person does not use the fast play they will get to see the catcher throwing the ball back to the pitcher?

                      2) Have they put back the profile in the game which tracks your offline personal game stats like they had in years past? (before last years game) (wins, losses, batting average, singles, doubles, triples, home runs, errors, ERA, base stealing, etc...)

                      3) Did they add an option for user control of baserunners on pickoff throws?

Tomorrow if you get a chance, can you see if every ball hit to the outfield by a right hander still has a two handed follow through?
And what is meant by choosing new follow throughs?
I'll find out this info for you tomorrow.

Re: CES questions you have about MLB 13 The Show

How's the batting AI and/or plate discipline now? Do they actually chase pitches? Strikeouts feel more natural?

Does it seem like CPU fielders dive (and fail) less frequently? If that question is too subjective -- How many hits did you get off of failed dives (in how many games?)

How do hits feel now with the new physics? Bounces (eg: ground rule doubles and stuff)...

Did you see a fair number of wild pitches?

Did you see, from the CPU, or through your own performance, a realistic array of missed pitches and pitch locations - eg: mistakes outside of the zone and realistic strike/ball ratios? Basically, are pitchers overly perfect, or realistically human?

Make sure you ask Russell a bunch of questions about the PSP... like seriously, as many as you can think of!
