A common theme in these forums was the lack of presentation mode for the Vita, and it appears it was skipped over again. This may sound like a trivial omission, but I guarantee you, I'm not the only person upset that it didn't make it into the Vita version.

And no Diamond Dynasty.

Would love to see what specific things they're adding to the Vita version the 2nd time around. Because if it's anything like previous 2nd year releases on Vita, it will largely be the same game.

Dammit, SCEA. Throw Vita owners a bone, please.

They might be shorted on memory. Not only with adding replays, but also the commentary that goes alongside it.

For "The Show Live" Mode I love that the commentators will discuss the happenings in baseball from the games "Last Night"

But will "The Show Live" also have the following features during gameplay?

Overlays showing the upcoming scheduless for the week?

Overlays showing pitching match ups for upcoming games?

Overlays showing division standings and other league leader things?

And while the overlays are on screen will the commentators be commenting on them?

That other baseball game on the market I think does all of this and more

The other game's fact sheet has NO features this year to speak of, just a broad summary of the same damn game modes.

Yes, it will be interesting to learn more about the Vita version at CD. I am hoping we at least see some in game celebrations and replays. If we get some in game replays of top plays and some Homeruns, especially end of game, I will be happy.

I don't see why that would not be in there this year. Some of that is already in the game now.

I might be in the minority here but that list really concerns me. I dont' see anything about an effort to make this game playable, or at minimum better, online. Lag has always been a major problem with this game.

Something that people may not understand about hosting games these days is you aren't just using one server and one type of server. The games have so many working parts and so many items being processed at once, every section of the game has to have its own server type and multiple ones of each. for example servers for leaderboards, servers for stat processing, servers for chat, servers for Gameplay, etc. I think the hardest part is making them all play nice together and to be as reliable and as fast as possible. We even go as far as having servers stationed in different areas of the world inorder to minimize the latency for users in different regions. The biggest factor to lag is User's connection types/speeds, internet traffic, bandwidth being used/available, and distance from the servers. Bored yet.....Its actually very complicated. Actually I thought 12 was the best for online play. Minimal to no lag at all, it will be interesting to see everyone's ping indicator this year to see who the culprits are!
