I have been wanting a mode like The Show Live in this game for so long!

So happy about this!

Commentators reference the previous or next day’s events, based on real-world situations and information. This sounds just so cool!

So for example if Chase Utley went 4 for 4 in last nights "real" game when I play the next game in The Show Live the Commentators may mention that he went 4 for 4 last night! Holy Cow I love that!

It allows an unobstructive view of the ball and the system is revamped where you can successfully pull the bat back in time. Good stuff!

Still blown away as I said earlier in this thread. So don't get me wrong they put a decent dent in my whishlist with MLB Live, Playoff Mode, editing stances, new commentary, etc. I could go on forever. Do you guys think they're holding anything back a la last year Diamond Dynasty was played close to the vest right before release if I'm remembering right.

They've already sold me on pre-ordering the game, just seems we usually don't get this much info this early, again not complaining just wondering if there may be a surprise or two?

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I'm a little bummed at this list. I'm a big RTTS player, and honestly it doesn't look like they've done that much to enhance the off the field presence. Great, some new looks at fielding a ball, and less commentary (which I'm not a fan of.) Kind of a let down.

I'll still be getting the game, but I was hoping this would be the year that they really took RTTS to the next level.

I wouldn't read this fact sheet as less commentary for RTTS. Sounds like they are adding more commentary to immerse you to the field, which I think for My Player type mode is exactly what it needs. Hear fan chatter, coach feedback, player-to-player chatter, etc. I think these additions will make playing the mode more enjoyable.

14. Franchise Mode: Top 50 Prospect icon, used to indicate the best up-and-coming minor leaguers...

Hopfully, the #1 prospect is assigned to Texas's roster & adjustments to the players face & attributes are all that's needed? Balt #2 etc...

OR, Knight's gunna have his hands full...

I'm pretty sure that feature will be dynamic, so any change in the roster will be reflected in the rankings.

Profar and Bundy will both be in the game already, no need to create them...

On the topic of the top 50 list, hopefully age, level, stats, and attributes are taken into account, not just potential.

The list mentions Steve Lyons joining the booth, but has the commentary really been overhauled or is he reciting lines from previous games like Karros did?

I'm really hoping for a complete overhaul.

This list is WOWZER.

Last year had a lot of focus on adding features for user control settings, and building the Vita version of course.

This year has tons of features on the content side of things in Franchise/RTTS, which is the meat of the game.

Hitting, bunting, fielding and baserunning all look to be substantially improved which hits every aspect of the game that needs it, and pitching is already perfected no matter what fans of the other game say.
