I would like to know what new presentations are out there. I mean besides new commentary are there new stat overlays? Like where they show the Standings from time to time and top ten in different commentaries. Better than last year. You would see some of those top 10 in Batting averages or something but no commentary. Has that changed??? I would love some input on that.

If Francona didn't make it in, I'm guessing no new coach made it in.

This was similar situation in MLB11. Cito Gaston was Jays coach in 2010, but "he who must not be named" was their coach in 2011, but MLB didn't update the Jays coaches until the first roster update of MLB11.

SCEA has to pay the rights to use the managers likeness in the game. If a guy says no that's the reason for the fake managers and coaches in some cases.

Wasnt the only guy that didnt make it in Bobby Valentime last year? Must be a Boston thing because Parcels and Belicheck never were in Madden lol

Since we can customize the HUD this year can someone check if the pitch selection graphic is tied to the pitchers confidence/stamina?

I would love to only display the confidence/stamina.

No, you can't do that. It's either all, or pitch selection minus pitch confidence, or nothing at all. I have to say, I really liked playing with everything off except the scorebug.

Personally I never played with pitch confidence on, and went by meter ease/difficulty to try to figure out where my confidence was. If I wanted to know overall, I'd take a quick glance at the select menu.

I have this sinking feeling the reason we have not heard anything in detail about changes to RTTS is because besides from some "sound edits" while you are on field... there aren't any changes... Brace yourself for same old broken AI things that can ruin the mode. Sad. I hope I am dead wrong.. but with only 1 week to release where is this RTTS blog?? Maybe they don't have much to say and neglected this mode a little. It is the staple of the entire franchise and yet no big news or updates. LAME. Please I hope I am wrong on this.

(Just having my center fielder talk to me during a game is not even close to an improvement that is needed... quite frankly its hardly worth even mentioning as an added feature.)

Yeah this is the only mode I play, so its frustrating to hear little about it a week before it comes out.

I like the additional option to close the glove when fielding (anyone know what the button is? I hope its a trigger)

I also love that the option to play every ball hit into play on defense, but not have to watch my teammates at bats etc is now in the game (although I hope someone can confirm this before release day).

I also like what I hear about the sounds on the field etc, but is there an option to set it back to the old "full" announcing if it gets old fast? I mean, they would need to add a ton of new ambient and natural ballpark sounds for this to stay immersive and not get old quickly.

Also, do we have the ability to call off teammates, or only they call us off?
