Playing at home 1st base for the Mariners year 2022, 4th inning , 2 run blast to center field Home Run # 500, rounding the bases I am acknowledged and then the celebration at homeplate with my teammates , then a curtain call, Priceless!!!

Wait, so you can't add commentary? Because I get kind of board just standing on base with nobody talking. I honoustly don't know they were thinking, and hope, although it's not likely, that they add it in an update.

They wanted to make it feel like you were actually on the field. Good idea, but poor implementation. The on the field atmosphere is just lacking which dulls the presentation.

Closer, Cleveland Indians, blew through AA, only played till the first set of goals was up, 4/4 saves, 0.00 ERA, 6 K's! AAA is a little different story, Set Up Man in AAA, 0-2 4.89 ERA 6 K's 2 holds. Not going so well so far in AAA, hopefully can right the ship, but I thought I went through AA a little fast, so might get sent back down.

I rented this last night and I'm just messing around with the different game modes but once I purchase it I will be doing a RttS as Knuckleballer. So my question is, what would be some realistic pitches that a knuckleball pitcher would have as secondary pitches? I really don't care to have a fastball in my repertoire and would prefer pitches that are known for their movement.

I would say a knuckler would have a fastball of some form, it wouldn't break 85 though. Maybe a 2 seam fastball so you get run back in on it. Other pitchs would probably be a change up, mediocre curveball, or potentially something more obscure like a screwball. Just have some fun with it and don't train up the speed on your secondary pitches if you want to keep them realistic.

The season for Perry Oliver has come to an end. The Louisville Bats finished the season 69-75, which was not good enough to make the playoffs. Oliver finished the season as a SP for the Bats after a strong performance as a middle and long reliever.

It was a good year for Perry Oliver all-around. He dominated AA ball and did well in AAA, despite not being a starter for awhile. I was a little dissapointed that I was called up to fill in at long relief.. which definitely hurt my progression a little. I still managed to strikeout a lot of batters, though. This offseason I am going to add another pitch and become more of an innings hog and try to limit on hits allowed. Hopefully I can stick around on the AAA team next season to develop more.

One day into the offseason I get an offer from the Reds. After some back and fourth negotiations I signed for $261,000.
