The Dodgers seem like the best fit to me since they're more than willing to spend money to win and their offensive production at third base IRL has been laughable.
The only reason I've suggested it was due to the rumors. Honestly, LAD IS the best fit, you're completely right, but MIA is still kind of a fit.

I would check to see how Cruz is doing for them in the franchise and if he's not doing exceptionally well then the Dodgers would be a good fit.

A little off topic, but why don't the Dodgers put Hanley at 3rd and Gordon at SS? That would be an even more deadly lineup with added speed.

Crawford, Kemp, Hanley, Gordon would all be 30 steal threats.
Cruz usually doesn't do very well, so I could see that working.

They don't do that because Dee Gordon is a really, really, really, really, really bad hitter lol. He is, essentially, Emilio Bonifacio; very good in a video game, really horrible in real life.

Cause Dee Gordon cant hit a ball out of the infield, (and that's if he hits it at all) and doesn't walk to save his life

Eh he's alright, better at SS, just kind of boneheaded at times.

Saw a little rumor from Buster Olney that the Phillies may be dealing Utley if they don't get it going. Saw one of the possible destinations is Baltimore. Considering I've been a big supporter of both teams, this would be really cool for me so I'm thinking about doing this trade in my Franchise. Who do you guys think is fair value to give up (from Baltimore) for Chase Utley? Thanks

Maybe Jon schoop and one of the top pitching prospects, not bundy or gausman though, that's to much for a older utley.

I just read a article about moving Gordon to second in the future.

Was thinking about another deal. I'm the Marlins, it's a week and a half before the deadline and Ozuna has been tearing AAA up (.400 with 20 bombs and 47 rbis. So I'm gonna move him up to the majors soon.

The Giants are 1 gb of the division and tied for the 2nd WC spot. But Gregor Blanco has been struggling. Batting .225ish with 2 homers and 9 RBIs.

Could I trade either Justin Ruggiano (30 years old 81 ovr. B pot) batting .285 5 hr. 19 RBI or Logan Morrison (25 yo. 75 ovr. B pot.) batting .314 OPS of .905 with 8 homers and 24 RBI for Andrew Susac (23 yo. 63 ovr. A pot) batting .324 w/ 4 HR and 30 RBI @ AA?

About 6 weeks in with the marlins. Actually .500 and looking to trade lomo nolasco and polanco. See any potential fits and ideas for trades?

Nolasco to the Tribe for 2 C's. Polanco I have no idea and Lomo to the Brewers maybe.

A little more than two weeks into my A's dynasty, Sitting atop the AL West at 9-4 I have a crammed roster. That Japanese Shortstop just came off the DL and he's exactly what I need on my bench but I now have 26 men on my roster. I wan't to send down Parker since he has been struggling (9.56 ERA in 3 Starts) but then I will only have a four man rotation. I was considering a trade to clear the spot. Grant Balfour has been good as the closer but I typically don't get my closer many opportunities so there is no point in paying $2.3 Million to someone who might save 25 games at most.

Any ideas on what I could get for him/opinions on where to send him?

Note: I feel it would be most realistic to send him to a team that has high expectations for the year but it struggling. It is a little two early to tell who is a contender so I don't think good teams would be making moves this early. The Tigers were my top choice, although Rondon is doing really well (3 saves in 3 chances 0 ERA) there setup men have been average and they are sitting at 4-8. I know its early in the season but I feel as they wouldn't be tolerating early season struggles.

                              Any thoughts?

Not sure if you have ESPN Insider but here is the link.

If you can't see it, its just a short article by Doug Mittler about the future and how second base will open up if they don't pick up the option on Mark Ellis.

ee Gordon has stepped in for the injured Hanley Ramirez as shortstop for the Los Angeles Dodgers, but could his Hollywood future be at a different position?

                                <OFFER>
Ramirez, who missed the first four weeks of the season with a thumb injury, went back on the disabled list with a hamstring injury suffered Friday night against the Giants. The Dodgers responded by calling up Gordon, who was hitting .314 with 14 steals at Triple-A. Presumably, Gordon will play regularly over Justin Sellers -- he of the .194 average -- for the time being.

Ramirez is signed through 2014, so the Dodgers may eventually move Gordon to second base — unless they feel they can sign Robinson Cano as a free agent, reported Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe on Sunday.

Second base would open up if the Dodgers decline a $5.75 million option on Mark Ellis. Nick Punto, another starter at second base, will be a free agent after the season.
