Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Any other comment on trading Alfredo Aceves?
I was looking at getting either Michael Stutes, Phillippe Aumont, Al Albaquerque or Javy Guerra...
Other than those... I would greatly appreciate advice on, whether these offers would be fair AND other suggestions to trade Aceves for...
Thank you very much
While Im posting this... Im looking to ship Stephen Drew outta town too... any suggestions? I was thinking St Louis for obvious reasons...Comment

How about shipping Morneau to the Brewers for Matt Gamel and Logan Schaefer. Or maybe Hunter Morris (1B) and a pitcher from their farm? I'd gamble on Gamel turning things around with a change of scenery. Another name from the Brewers I've always hit well with as a leadoff hitter is Taylor Green (1B/2B/3B)

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I got a couple thoughts running through my head. Someone posted this in a Yankees dynasty and I am Seattle so I thought about it some and the other is for a corner stone lead off guy and CF player that would be fairly cheap I guess.
The one remark was moving Alex Rodriguez back to Seattle and would be a nice addition if only for a year 2 if super lucky. What would it take and would they possibly look at Mike Morse to be involved somehow. Anyone can be had in the minors.
The other is Carlos Gomez from the Brewers. Again any Mariners minors is open and the Brewers have a bit of a surplus in the OF and he probably wouldn't be moved unless it's a solid offer. Other guy would be Lorenzo Cain, but not quite the CF I am looking for. Problem is both teams are looking for a run now so minors might not be an option.
Only guy on the major league roster I would move is Mike Morse and the Brewers could potentially use him as well, but would rather toss one of my prospects out the door than anyone else at the moment.
Any thoughts, Combinations or shoot downs anyone?
Probably 2 high C's/ low B to get GomezComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I'm the Padres, I think I'm going to trade SP Donn Roach (B) and OF Reymond Fuentes (B) to the Orioles for SS JJ Hardy. Sound fair? The Orioles are out of it and Hardy is hitting .259 with 13 HR and 46 RBI as of July 31st. I could also replace somebody with 2B Alexei Amarista (C) in the deal as I have no use for him.Comment

I'd say you'd have to add a high C prospect as well to make it work. Both Albuquerqe and Guerra are young guys with upside in the bullpenFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Overall it looks good if you don't add another player from the Padres. Considering how much the stock of Banuelos/Betances has fallen, I'd add another pitching prospect instead in the B-range. Maybe even Phil Hughes instead so that it's Nova, Hughes, Nunez and Bichette Jr for Headley (and someone else from the Padres like Venable)Former modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Add another name to the mix as well, a high B or low A and you've got a dealFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.
