Issue has been resolved for me with the patch. Matty V is very happy that I'm no longer calling time out once every inning. Games are going to be faster and he can get home earlier.

It appears to be fixed, although I would like to play a couple more games. I didn't see the results I was seeing before (when using the time out method), but it was still improved at least.

Ironically, the very first pitch of the game was a 4sfb straight down the pipe, and my first thought was "roh roh". But the next couple of innings, the first pitch was still strikes but at least not down broadway every time.

Yes, I would agree it's fixed. The same thing happened to me. First pitch fastball down the middle in the first inning. Inning two started with a 12/6 in the dirt. I nearly swung out of my shoes. My guy should have been injured!

Same exact thing happened to me. Changeup low and way away.. never thought i'd be so embarrassed in a video game.

Ive played 4 full games since the patch and the first pitch strike %age is right where it should be, between 55%-65% (MLB average is 58%) and im seeing the complete variety of pitch types and results on the first pitch.

Good to hear. You still have CPU Strike Frequency toned down, right? Or are you trying it back to Default now with the patch?
