Re: Classic pitchers.
Sorry, I'm a little confused here. What exactly do you mean by strike one?
It varies. Actually, there's some good talk on this over the last several pages. Read through the thread and post back. I'd be happy to answer any of the questions that I can. Also how long do you guys hold x...a tap or do you wait for motion?Comment

Re: Classic pitchers.
If you guys are not already doing so, you should definitely go through all your warm up tosses. I use them to judge my breaking pitches with varying degrees of effort so I know what I am in for with them.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment

Re: Classic pitchers.
I believe he meant "strike Zone". I have the Zone turned off - as I also have the Ball Marker off too.

Re: Classic pitchers.
I recently started using my warm ups again. Mainly just to gauge my overall accuracy (some games are like, "Uh-oh...better get the long man loose."), but I like this idea. I'm gonna try it.
Hey Nemesis, are you still doing the whole Classic on the road/Pulse at home thing? I always liked that idea but always seem to forget about it...Comment

Re: Classic pitchers.
Yeah I play no zones, fade ball marker classic pitching. Despite not actually being able to control the accuracy, I seem to get more strikeouts on classic pitching, which is great since I dont get very many using other methods. Now to be clear, I personally wouldn't use classic if I was playing against someone. House rules say you do, but online I almost certainly have to use Meter. Pulse lags too much online, and meter has to be the easiest method of pinpointing pitches. The CPU doesn't fall for my low breaking balls or change ups on the corner, so I'm better off fighting the computer with a more ratings based style.Comment

Yes, I always do classic on the road and either pulse or analog at home. Keeps things interesting!I recently started using my warm ups again. Mainly just to gauge my overall accuracy (some games are like, "Uh-oh...better get the long man loose."), but I like this idea. I'm gonna try it.
