Yes, there is a first time for everything but if you look at it logically, since a CAP is a generic creation, then that option should undoubtedly be available for SCEA creations.

Perhaps, it might be only vs CPU teams in franchise. But the point is we don't know for sure what it is I guess.

I really hope we can see more stats from year to year in franchise, that will help a lot with seeing what kind of guys I want to go after in free agency. It'd be kind of cool to see "stats" for rookies entering the draft too, to see where they are strongest.
