Well just got called up to AAA after destroying AA (sub 2.00 EAR, 7-1 record, K/9 around 12.00, 3 CGS).

No advancement periods or anything but a day after I made my 8th start, I was called up to AAA and put into the rotation immediately. A few AAA pitchers have higher ratings than me so it looks like if you have a good rating and put up good numbers, you'll get your shot.

I'm playing on All-Star and it feels about the same as it has in past games.

I'll miss my AA team though. We were 36-4

Appreciate the impressions but can you please post these in the impressions thread going forward?

This thread is for people looking to get the game early and I don't want it to get clogged up with both impressions and questions.

So sad I cannot partake in this thread this year. I sold my PS3 and got a PS4. I am looking early every year and I usually find it, being in the NYC area.

I did get 2 copies of Titanfall for XBox One early this year, and sold one for $350...but nothing gets me excited like The Show.

I will be trying to get the PS4 version early though. Good luck to everyone! If anyone gets early in NYC area please PM me where, so I can potentially have a potential place to get PS4 version early when the time comes.

Wishing I had my PS3 right about now, for GTA and The Show

I did get 2 copies of Titanfall for XBox One early this year, and sold one for $350

haha yea, I actually got lucky on that. I picked mine up from CL in middle of night in a bad neighborhood in New Haven, Connecticut. Guy said if I know anyone else let them know. On a whim I said I'd buy another copy. Paid $100 per copy.

Got home past midnight, posted on CL for $180 or best offer. Guy called me within 10 minutes, said he'd give me $350 but I'd have to drive to Brooklyn, NY that night (1am at the time). It's about 45 minutes each way for me, but he lived in a building with cameras, 24 hour staff, etc so I agreed. Didn't get home till 3:30am that night but got my $350 cash. Worth it.

Man thats a sweet come up, but I know theres no way I would drive to a stranger on CL offering me a ton of money for a game. Sounds like a setup waiting to happen. Glad it wasn't though

Something has changed in NYC, I'm telling you. I usually got my games early from the mom and pop shops...last year was the 1st time I wasn't able to get the Show by the Saturday before release day.

Even Titanfall this year, I got off Craigslist but it was some guy who obviously lifted them from a Walmart (had Walmart Titanfall promo sticker on there). I got a call from one spot that is usually pretty reliable in NYC and they got it early but only 1 day early.

I think it has been set up so that non big box stores get their new game shipments the Monday of a Tuesday release, because Gamestop/Best Buy, etc complained when they found out copies were leaking early. They used to get them earlier like the big chains.

Last year i was able to get it early from ebay for cheap nothing has shown up the whole week.

Sucks. If they didn't want people to get tired of waiting, they should have released the game at its usual time at the beginning of Spring Training.



Maybe I'll quit my job, get a new job at Best Buy, all to 5-finger discount the PS4 copy a few days early. Then come back and beg for my old job. "I did it all for baseball, man."
