Re: Player Edits (Equipment, #'s, Stances, ect.)

Jeff Karstens: Yankees (AAA - SWB)
    Left Sleeve: 3/4
    Right Sleeve: 3/4
    Pitching Style: Zack Grienke
    Alt. Pitching Style: Mark Buerhle

Grienke's stance is almost perfect, even with the little arm recoil at the end. Buerhle's was my first choice until I found Grienke; it has the right follow through but the leg kick is too high in my opinion.

Incidentally, for the Yanks, move Morgan Ensberg from the FA list to the Yankees changing his # to 21, and move Cody Ransom from the Round Rock Express (Houston AAA affiliate) to the Yankees as well, and change his # to 60.

I almost vomited when I saw him wearing #21 the other day. Nobody has worn it since Paulie retired, and they give it to a guy who might not even make the team?

Should have saved it for Betances, Horne, Jackson, Tabata, or another kid who has a chance to be here for a long time and be a great Yankee.

The latest update I've got is from March 3rd, which does not move Ensberg or Ransom (or Santana or Bedard, either).

Unless there is a more recent one? I just checked yesterday.

I was surprised, but it happens, especially since O'Neill retired not too long ago (relative to some other numbers that get retired or are *protected*). But they have kind of quietly held it lately, so I am not sure what's up with that, although I hope Ensberg does make the team as a low cost-low risk-good reward option off the bench...unless it blocks Shelley Duncan, who is dominating ST, hopefully quelling the speculation that he was a flash in the pan last year.

Incidentally, with the Yankees trying to organize a Bernie Williams' day at the Stadium before they tear it down (ugh...), does this mean #51 is NOT up for grabs?

                          I forgot Shane Victorino.

His own batting stance on the game is wrong. Lol.

I think Yogi Berra's is much more accurate for him.

Also his arm is much stronger and more accurate then the rating they gave him.

I don't understand then, because the latest update I get still does not have Santana or Bedard moved, nor Ensberg on the Yankees either. I get the one with the message beginning with Trot Nixon being moved...

Apparently SCEA's message isn't updated...I downloaded the roster today and all the changes are in. So weird that this isn't mentioned in the messages list.

                              Also, and update:

                              Hideki Matsui: Yankees
                              Left Armband: Thin
                              Right Armband: Thin

Coupled with the prexisting wide w/ number wristbands, the thin armbands give that authentic Matsui look with those oversized forearm bands he wears.

Also, my suggestion is to knock Phil Hughes' fastball speed up 5 "clicks," the default is a couple of MPH too slow on average. He'll usually hover in the low-to-mid 90's (max) which this fixes.
Chris_SCEA_sports is my hero. Respect his authoritah! He fixed my Wang!
