Re: Full Minors Roster for '09
Check the Reed Johnson catch on Sunday night baseball, he robbed Feilder of his first slam. Yo knight, devout dodger purist here. Just wanted to say thanks ahead of time for putting in the work on the rosters. Greatly appreciated!!!Comment

Awesome, I'm going to start my Cubs Franchise now. I'm on Spring Break for the next week. Knight's rosters are icing to the cake. Thanks everyone who was involved. You guys really deserve more credit than you get.Chicago Cubs - Chicago Bears - Milwaukee Bucks

Re: Full Minors Roster for '09
The Cubs roster looks great, but there are a few suggestions I would make for the final version...
Chad Gaudin, Carmen Pignatiello and Bill White should be released as they were all dropped before Opening Day. I would try to add Jason Waddell LHP in AAA somehow, because he is probably going to be the first left hander called up if the Cubs feel they need another to go alongside Cotts. Nate Spears and Andres Blanco, the starting middle infield in AAA, are MIA, along with Jason DuBois, a guy who returned to the Cubs organization last season and had a pretty big year in AAA. James Russell, a lefty in AA, also was there Opening Day starter, so he would be nice. Other than those five guys there are no really major omissions, just some players I like that were left out like Alex Maestri, Jeremy Papelbon, and Darwin Barney.
Great work overall, sorry if it sounds like I'm nitpicking, I'm just trying to provide feedback to make these rosters the best possible.Last edited by bestkeptsecret13; 04-12-2009, 11:26 PM.Comment
