Hello Knight,

I own the PS2 version, I know you've said that you don't publish a PS2 version. Besides it would probably be too big.

Is there any chance you keep the information in a spread sheet and might be willing to PM a specific organizations players to someone? And then they could create them for their own system.

I love the Tigers and would like to start a franchise with them, it would be nice to have the real minor league players. I thought about trying to do this myself but i'm lost as to picking batting stances, pitching styles, and specific pitches for pitchers.

Next, will the full minors with stock SCEA ratings also have stock SCEA pitches? I appreciate what Razr is doing with replicating movement as best as possible, but I'm looking for fun more than realism & difficulty. I'd rather have more 4seamers than 2seams/running/sinkers etc (it's just my preference, cheers to the effort).

Razr will get it back this weekend...I will be putting a couple more early releases....but the one with Razr's newest update will be the weekend. He's busy I believe until then.

While i agree with one batter pitchers like Lopez being dropped way down in Stamina i am kinda unsold on the others when you factor in franchise fatigue.

Razr,

I noticed Javier Lopez has a 2-seam fastball. I'm pretty sure he just throws a straight 4-seam fastball. I've never seen any type of tail or sinking type motion in his fastball, so I'm pretty sure it's just a straight 4-seam and not a Running FB. Thanks. Later

P.S. I'm a huge Sox fan so if u need any help on anything don't hesitate to ask. I'm playing with these rosters so I will let u know if there might be something else that might need addressing.

I've seen him and saw his pitchtrack. Definatly not straight.

Knight... I noticed two things with FMv3Early:

1. The Nationals rotation has only four members. I thought I heard Jordan Zimmermann got the fifth spot, but I may be wrong. But the rotation is only four guys.

2. NW Arkansas Naturals (Royals AA affiliate) has a player in the lineup simply named J D, J for a first name and D for a last.

I can't believe all the work you have put in on faces and names. It's truly astounding!

I put them as a 4 man rotatation when i did my edits. Unless knight changed it the dodger version should have the rotation right. I put Martis in the 4 spot.

I think the best way to do Jair is a runner with little movement, that way it's still a pitch that could be put anywhere in the zone (I've seen him throw it high, where it flattens out even more), and it doesn't have crazy movement, which his fastball doesn't really have. I'm not currently looking at him in the game though, so I'm not sure how much room you have for something like that.

The only thing I hate is that by taking away the 4 seamers and replacing them with sinkers or 2 seamers, it really does make it hard to pitch up in the zone with certain guys (although you can still do it well with cutters and runners). I guess we'll just need to hope they fix that last year by putting more movement on the 4 seamer, especially on low 4 seamers.

Pitchtrack says Jair has 4-6 inch break. The RFB is for his low break and the 2-Seam is for his high.

I've gone high before with 2 seamers and sinkers

Razr, i dont know if this has been addressed, but in the original rosters, Todd Coffey of the Brewers has a 4 seam FB, and Change, and a Slider. This year he has gone to just a Sinker-Slider repritore(sp?). Ive seen every Crew game this year and his Sinker tops out at about 93-94 mph, and slider anywhere from 84-87mph. Thanks.

Seems like you know a little about what goes into the creation of the game. I was just wondering why there's a 5 pitch limit on a pitchers repertoire?

I wish SCEA would make that bigger and also allow you to only assign 2 pitches to a guy

It's not really a big deal if it's one guy, but it's pretty prevalent on every team in regards to the abundance of 2-seamers as opposed to 4's. I love the idea because so many SCEA stock players don't have the pitch when they should.

Did you put barely any movement on them? As the lowest possible movement still moves a good bit more than the 4-seamer. Maybe that would give it more of a 4-seam look but with slight movement? Would that cause the pitch to be hit more?

I love how it plays out.

I put plenty of movement on a lot of them. Most guys with movement have a good 5 inches of break. For a 2 seam with about 65 (don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure) has about 4 inches so if anything Im udnerdoing it. Most guys with movement have about 6 in though leaving guys around 70-80 with guys like Halladay with 8-9 in at around 99.

Yeah that's definatly going to happen. The first will be just pitch edits and full minors and the second will be pitch and stamina edits.

I'm pretty sure. Knight would be the one to answer that though. I'm just assuming because I don't know how he would get rid of him without having to redo the minors.

I guess in plain english what I am asking is if the stock SCEA Full Minors Roster will include the campaign to replace most 4 seam FBs with Sinkers/2seamers/Runners...I can also wait for Knight's response...once again thanks for the hard work!

RP John Grabow needs a Changeup (82-83 MPH Control: 80 BRK: 80) not a Screwball.

CP Matt Capps needs a Changeup (84-86 MPH Control:49 BRK: 60) not a Splitter and not a Curveball.

RP Donnie Veal throws his fastball in the mid 90's, on your roster he is high 80's. he has control problems though

I'll take care of Grabow and Capps. I put Veal's fastball at 91-95 when i did my edits though. Don't know what happened.
