This has been a work in progress and a joint effort from many community members. Plans have changed per user requests.

Knight's personal set hasn't been released yet.

RAZR is currently working on the pitcher stamina edit set (to be called OSFM v5s, s for stamina) and has personally asked members to be patient and not ask for ETA. He said as soon as he knows when they'll be done, he'll let us know.

Thanks for your continued patience and understanding. Try to consider the hard work that Knight, Razr, Strut, and Co. have already done to make this GREAT roster set and be thankful, not demanding.

Okay for guys asking about the stamina edits. I'm not working on them. A couple of volunteers (thanks guys. I've been pretty busy lately) are. I don't know when they'll be done. I'm in the same boat that you are. So please stop asking. Thanks.

alrite guys im new to this site but heard its the best place to download a decent set of rosters. the only thing is there is about 50 different sets been hearing good things about the knight version but there are like 6 of them all im after is basically just to have the minor league names corrected i like the stats pitch types etc how they are could someone recommend which is the best version for me to download i really wanna start my franchise cheers

you may be out of luck, while Knight's rosters are by far the best and quite possibly the most spectacular achievement of roster creation ever, the historcial stats of the players have been screwed up. while this may be nothing to some people, a baseball purist, who would argue that Stats are the Holy Grail of baseball would have a severe problem with this detail. Then of course if use the Wookie Rosters, the abilities are so ballooned as to be comical and there are some missing players but at least you get the stats. There's the ridins guy but I have yet to sample his work. So if you want pure "ability" accuracy go with Knight. If stats matter Wookie is your choice. My suggestion is to roll with Knight, stats be damned, but i'm not a purist

LOL the latest one man, there will be some edits but it's all for the good of the gameplay. There may be a few trades you have to make too

If people keep requesting more versions of the roster and Knight keeps making them, can I request the final version made now?

Knights personal version was supposed to come out weeks ago, but people keep requesting versions that are basically pointless and they could do themselves if they put some time into it.

I'm not just saying this because I have been waiting to start a franchise, but because you guys have to remember that Knight wants to start a franchise too, you guys are just making it longer before he can start his own franchise.

Seriously why are versions made that only a few people will actually use while a version that a lot of people are waiting for, keeps getting pushed farther and farther back.

How many versions are actually made now, above 5 I know that. Why do you need that many versions? 3-5 versions is plenty to satisfy the general public. If you really need it exactly as you want it, then you and your spoiled self can just not use his rosters, you're the one missing out.

I still don't get why I have been waiting and trying to help when possible from the beginning of this, and some random person comes on and asks for a version and they get it. Well here is my request...

I suppose you're right. There are more than enough versions of Knight's roster out there. I think I'll go ahead and start my franchise with roster version 6. I suggest you follow your own advice, and start a franchise with one of the existing versions out there as well.

This really only happened because of this week of training I had to do.
I'm stuck here....no way to get out of it. I only had two days where I would get about two hours free with the PS3...not nearly enough to do either of the other sets except for that v4b that I basically just transferred from one machine to the other.

I've also got to be honest....this year...there is not as much for me to work on with my edits as in the previous two years(the catchers one year and the OF range another)...the game is pretty friggin' tight as is.
This year it will be mainly minor tweaks to some players(opposed to overall universal edits for gameplay that made a big difference in other versions)....and maybe some durability tweaks...nothing earth shattering.
However...I still will be going through each player....and then going through their stats(all of them) to see what I would want to tweak ...so that's where the time lays...

I was just wondering if a "stat glitch free" version was still in the works like mentioned several pages ago. I know you've certainly been busy and delivered enough versions, but I was just curious if this was still on the radar. Thanks!
