Guys....
I have to run out....not good.
I sent the in progress work over to Ridin'
He may work on it for a bit...and if so he'll release it in whatever state it's done right now.
This(or if I post what I have later...if Ridin' is not able to work on it a bit)....will be the early v.1 release....still raw....
If you are going to use this early release...
-You'll have to arrange the minor league rosters.....lineups and rotations(I just started them)
-You'll have to realize that some things on some players are not finalized(some attributes I want to tweak)
-Some faces won't be done(I have at least 5-10 per team done...and then entire NL East...and the entire pitch staff/IF of the Orioles)

The only reason I'm releasing is...I know that some guys want to go...and those that want v.2(which will be entire)...will wait for it.(some will use both)

Gotta run and I'll check in from where I'm going later to see what's what.

Yes, I hope Austin Jackson gets some decent ratings, he's been impressive all spring, and had a damn good game today. He made good contact against Greinke.

Everyone should chill out, the rosters most likely wont be out until around midnight. The longer we wait, the more polished product we will get for the first release. I bet they are busting thier butts to get more edits in before a release tonight. Be patient. Go watch baseball or something.

people just refresh your page, smoke a cigarette/drink a beer/smoke a leftie and CHILL! if anything watch Knight's 'page' or whatever its called and check for when he posts...this crowding of stupid posts is annoying for somebody like myself and others who is only refreshing the page quietly waiting for the roster...this thread is important for knight/ridin/ksig to get the errors fixed & rosters correct for our enjoyment FOR FREE...please stop when reading this message...

Downloaded a roster named Full Minors 2010 last night off Roster Vault, not too impressed. Yonder Alonso had a D potential, and there were a lot of generic players on the roster. I really hope that wasn't Knight's roster.

Guys i have the file and am sorting out AAA....give me some time and ill update you...I will upload them before midnight...like Knight said they wont be perfect but they will be good enough to play with..

Great post man. This is what I have been thinking as I refresh every 5-10 minutes.

Isn't it tough playing a Franchise looking at the roster knowing it will be eons better once this is out. Hahaha.

There, it answers all your questions. After reading this, I don't even know if I'll use the first version. I may just wait for the second one, I mean I have waited for over a month, what's another week? I haven't played The Show in over 3 weeks, what's another week? Haven't decided yet but it sounds like the second version will be worth the wait, what are you guys going to do?

By the way, thanks Knight, Ridin, Ksig, and everyone who helped out. Your a normal guy, I understand that you have a real life and you are doing this for free to make everyone's experience better. So, with that said, I completly understand that you have to run out/go somewhere. Although, some people may not understand.

I have been long awaiting this roster and it's release, I absolutly loved last year's edition. It single-handedly made my MLB 09: The Show experience so much better than it already was. But, guys, leave him alone, he's a human, he has a life, he's just not going to slave over his PS3 all day editing players. Just be paitient and not think about it and the time will go much quicker.

Can't wait for this roster! Thank you to all who played a role in it's creation!
